论反思性教学在教师专业发展中的作用

【摘要】:高素质教师的培养早在20世纪80年代已被全世界提升到了国家综合国力的战略地位。同样在我国,素质教育的推行与基础教育课程改革必然要求与之相匹配的高素质的教师队伍。虽然我国对中小学教师采取了一系列的培训工作,但是由于培训内容单一、培训方式机械、培养目标片面,从而导致了培训的实际效果大大减弱,也就是说教师的专业培训对促进教师专业发展的理想目标与实际效果相差甚远。反思性教学是教师以科学的教育教学理论武装自己的头脑,在教育教学实践中进行理智的思考、批判的思维,不断否定自己、重建自己的教学实践,在反思性教学实践中乐于适应改变了的环境,同时改变发展自我。于是人们开始意识到了反思性教学对促进教师专业发展的重要作用。本研究的主要内容有两个:一是反思性教学在促进教师专业发展中有哪些重要作用;二是反思性教学存在的问题、原因与解决对策。在时代变更与教育改革的大形势下,综合自己的教学实践与感悟,通过查阅大量文献资料提出了该问题。进而通过文献研究法厘清该问题的研究现状以及研究趋势,并对“反思性教学”与“教师专业发展”作出概念界定(绪论)。对“反思性教学促进教师专业发展的重要作用”在第一章做了理论层面的分析,并在第二章对其做了实践层面的分析。在教学实践中,通过观察教师课堂、课后交流、收集并分析一位高中教师的教学案例、教学反思记录与学生的反思作业等,同时结合自己所学的教育教学相关理论与多年教学的心得体会,逐渐挖掘出了反思性教学目前存在的问题以及问题形成的原因(第三章)。在分析这些因素在哪些方面阻碍了教师的专业发展时,尝试着提出了解决对策与建议(第四章)。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of high-quality teachers has been promoted to the strategic position of national comprehensive national strength all over the world as early as 1980's. In our country, the implementation of quality education and the reform of basic education curriculum must require high quality teachers. Although our country has adopted a series of training work for primary and secondary school teachers, but because the training content is single, the training mode is mechanical and the training goal is one-sided, the actual effect of the training has been greatly weakened. That is to say, the teacher's professional training is far from practical effect in promoting the teacher's professional development. Reflective teaching is that teachers arm their minds with scientific educational and teaching theories, think rationally, think critically, constantly deny themselves, and rebuild their own teaching practices in the practice of education and teaching. In reflective teaching practice, willing to adapt to the changed environment, while changing the development of self. So people began to realize that reflective teaching plays an important role in promoting teachers' professional development. The main contents of this study are as follows: first, what is the important role of reflective teaching in promoting teachers' professional development; second, the problems, causes and solutions of reflective teaching. Under the situation of times change and educational reform, this paper puts forward this problem by consulting a lot of literature. Then it clarifies the present situation and research trend of this problem through literature research, and defines the concepts of "reflective teaching" and "teacher professional development" (introduction). This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the important role of reflective teaching in promoting teachers' professional development in the first chapter and a practical analysis on it in the second chapter. In the teaching practice, by observing the teacher's classroom, exchanging after class, collecting and analyzing a high school teacher's teaching case, teaching reflection record and students' reflective homework, etc. At the same time, combining the relevant theories of education and teaching and the experience of teaching for many years, the author gradually excavates the existing problems of reflective teaching and the reasons for the formation of the problems (Chapter three). In the analysis of the factors which hinder the professional development of teachers, try to put forward solutions and suggestions (Chapter IV).
