新课改情形下新疆喀什地区初中物理双语教学存在的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:双语教育是我国民族教育的重要组成部分,在新疆实行双语教育是发展民族教育的历史性任务,它直接影响到民族素质的提高,人才的培养;关系到民族的团结和发展,建设美好和平的社会。自从2004年正式实行双语教学以来,喀什地区双语教育呈现出健康、持续、快速发展的良好状态可是这并不表明开展双语教学过程中不存在任何问题。在发展的同时喀什地区双语教育还存在着很多问题。本人自从2011年7月参加工作以来从事初中物理双语教学工作,积累了不少的经验并亲身经历了喀什地区双语教学,这种宝贵的经历让我了解到物理双语教学的现状,双语教师和学生面临的困难以及存在的问题。本研究针对喀什地区基础教育阶段尤其是初中物理双语教学实地调研的基础上,对双语教学和新课改的理论知识进行整理,分别对双语教师和学生进行调查。研究过程中我采用访谈师生、阅览文献、问卷调查、自身观察和归纳分析得出了教师们正面临着缺乏适合物理双语教学的教师人才、双语教师只看数量不看质量、物理双语教师培训达不到目标、物理双语教师自我提升的机会极少、物理双语教师任务繁重、双语教学推进速度过快、双语教师不适应新课改等问题;与此同时维吾尔族学生也面临着语言障碍而出现学生缺乏兴趣和动机、没有良好的学习习惯等若干问题。针对这些问题我进行实际调查和大量阅读并提出了对社会、学校、教师及学生的相应对策建议。给社会提出了有效培训初中物理教师队伍、把好初中物理双语教师招聘关、保证和落实开展双语教学的经费、提高双语教师待遇、开发编辑本土化的初中物理双语教材的建议;给学校提出成立物理双语教学研究会、加强物理双语教研活动、提供充分利用双语教学资源的机会、加强校本研训力度、创造一个良好的语言环境的建议;给教师教师课堂用语要合理、教师要正确认识自己、要重视备课、培养学生的自主学习能力、要重视实验教学的建议;给学生提出了、端正学习态度、掌握有效的学习方法、养成良好的学习习惯的建议。
[Abstract]:Bilingual education is an important part of ethnic education in China. Bilingual education in Xinjiang is a historic task of developing ethnic education, which directly affects the improvement of national quality and the cultivation of talents. Related to the unity and development of the nation, building a beautiful and peaceful society. Since the implementation of bilingual teaching in 2004, bilingual education in Kashi has shown a good state of healthy, continuous and rapid development, but it does not indicate that there are no problems in the process of bilingual teaching. At the same time as the development of bilingual education in Kashgar region there are still many problems. Since I joined the work in July 2011, I have been engaged in bilingual teaching of physics in junior high school. I have accumulated a lot of experience and experienced bilingual teaching in Kashi. This valuable experience has made me understand the present situation of bilingual teaching in physics. The difficulties and problems faced by bilingual teachers and students. Based on the field investigation of bilingual physics teaching in Kashi area, the theoretical knowledge of bilingual teaching and new curriculum reform is sorted out, and the bilingual teachers and students are investigated respectively. In the course of the research, I used interviews with teachers and students, reading literature, questionnaire, self-observation and induction analysis. It is concluded that teachers are facing a lack of teachers who are suitable for bilingual physics teaching. Bilingual teachers only look at quantity but not quality. The physics bilingual teacher training cannot reach the goal, the physics bilingual teacher self-promotion opportunity is very few, the physics bilingual teacher task is heavy, the bilingual teaching advancement speed is too fast, the bilingual teacher does not adapt to the new curriculum reform and so on. At the same time, Uygur students also face some problems such as language barrier, lack of interest and motivation, lack of good study habits and so on. In view of these problems, I carried on the actual investigation and the massive reading and proposed the corresponding countermeasure suggestion to the society, the school, the teacher and the student. Some suggestions are put forward for the society to train the physics teachers of junior high school effectively, to recruit bilingual physics teachers, to guarantee and implement the funds for bilingual teaching, to improve the treatment of bilingual teachers, and to develop and edit the native bilingual physics textbooks in junior high school. To set up a bilingual physics teaching and research institute to strengthen bilingual teaching and research activities, to provide opportunities for making full use of bilingual teaching resources, to strengthen school-based research and training, and to create a good language environment; Teachers should understand themselves correctly, pay attention to preparing lessons, cultivate students' autonomous learning ability, and attach importance to the suggestions of experimental teaching. Put forward to the students, correct learning attitude, master effective learning methods, develop good study habits.
