上海J学校“尊重与关怀”德育体验活动的实践研究

【摘要】:教育是为了培养全面可持续发展的人。学校不仅仅是传授知识的地方,更是培养学生品德情操的场所,教育要以德为先,以人为本。学生未来的生活和学习都要以德育发展为基础。在此基础上,通过德育体验活动的视角来提升学生关于尊重与关怀素养水平,从而形成学校德育特色和增强学校与所在社区的联系,是本文的研究主线。本文通过文献研究法了解了目前“尊重与关怀”德育体验活动的现状。通过问卷调查法和访谈法调查了J学校的整体情况和师生关于“尊重与关怀”的素养水平及对德育体验活动的建议。教师的调查结果显示J学校学生在尊重与关怀这方面的素养水平处在较低层次,有急需开展德育体验活动的必要性,通过活动能够提升学生的尊重与关怀的素养水平。学生的调查结果显示他们在尊重方面的意识具有一定基础,但是在关怀层面的行为做的不够,需要通过活动来增加学生关于行为方面的动力。因此在J学校已有相关资源的基础上开展了一系列“尊重与关怀”德育体验活动。通过分学段组织活动和分校内外主题组织多项活动以来,学生在“尊重与关怀”素养水平方面得到了相应的提升,借此学校也成为了德育实践研究基地,这不仅提升了学校的影响力,也拉近了学校和学生家长以及所在社区的联系。
[Abstract]:Education is about cultivating people who can develop in a comprehensive and sustainable way. School is not only a place to impart knowledge, but also a place to cultivate students' moral character. Students' future life and study should be based on the development of moral education. On this basis, through the perspective of moral education experience activities to promote the level of respect and concern for students, thus forming the school moral education characteristics and strengthening the relationship between the school and the community, is the main line of this paper. Through literature research, this paper finds out the present situation of the moral education experience of respect and concern. By means of questionnaire survey and interview, this paper investigates the overall situation of J school, the teachers and students' literacy level of "respect and concern" and the suggestions for moral education experience activities. The results of teachers' investigation show that the level of respect and solicitude of students in J school is at a lower level, and it is necessary to carry out moral education experience activities urgently, which can improve the students' literacy level of respect and care through the activities. The results of the investigation show that their awareness of respect has a certain foundation, but they do not do enough in the level of care, so it is necessary to increase the motivation of students about behavior through activities. Therefore, a series of "respect and concern" moral education experience activities have been carried out on the basis of J school's related resources. Through organizing activities in different periods and organizing many activities within and outside the campus, the students' literacy level of "respect and concern" has been promoted accordingly, and the school has become a practical research base for moral education. This has not only increased the impact of schools, but also brought them closer to their parents and communities.
