包头市中小学后勤服务与管理研究

【摘要】：后勤管理作为学校管理的重要组成部分,是中小学学校管理的一项重要工作,是中小学学校管理工作的基础,是学校顺利开展正常有序教育教学工作的保障,是保证校园环境稳定的屏障,同时也是中小学教书育人工作的关键一环。因此,中小学校的后勤管理工作与学校教师和学生的基本利益息息相关。努力提升中小学学校后勤管理的业务能力和服务水平,为学校的教师和学生营造一个安全、舒适的校园环境,对推动教育教学事业的科学、健康、快速发展具有不可取代的重要意义。本研究以包头市三所学校为例,对包头市中小学后勤服务与管理工作进行专项研究,通过问卷调查和实地访谈的方式,尽可能多的获取该项研究的第一手资料,分别从包头市中小学后勤服务与管理工作的基本概况、现实问题、现实问题原因分析、改善建议等具体方面对包头市中小学服务与管理工作进行专项且深入的专门性研究。全文共有四个主要内容。第一,是以包头市三所学校为例,概括包头市中小学后勤服务与管理工作的现状;第二,在上述现状的基础上,找到包头市中小学后勤服务与管理工作存在的主要问题;第三,就工作中主要问题形成的原因进行分析;第四,在成因分析的基础上对包头市中小学后勤服务与管理工作的改进提出可行性建议。研究旨在解决包头市中小学服务与管理工作中存在的现实问题,并为包头市中小学后勤服务与管理工作的深入提升与发展提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
[Abstract]:As an important part of school management, logistics management is an important work of school management in primary and secondary schools, is the basis of school management in primary and secondary schools, and is the guarantee for the smooth development of normal and orderly education and teaching in schools. It is a barrier to the stability of campus environment and a key link in teaching and educating people in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, the logistics management of primary and secondary schools is closely related to the basic interests of teachers and students. To improve the professional ability and service level of logistics management in primary and secondary schools, to create a safe and comfortable campus environment for teachers and students, and to promote the science and health of education and teaching, Rapid development has an irreplaceable significance. This study takes three schools in Baotou as an example to conduct a special study on the logistics service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou City. Through questionnaires and field interviews, we can get as much first-hand information as possible from this research. From the basic situation of the logistics service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou City, the cause analysis of practical problems, improvement suggestions and other specific aspects of the service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou City, this paper makes a special and in-depth research on the service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou City. There are four main contents in this paper. First, take three schools in Baotou city as an example, summarize the current situation of logistics service and management in primary and middle schools in Baotou city; second, find out the main problems of logistics service and management in Baotou primary and middle schools on the basis of the above mentioned situation; Third, the causes of the main problems in the work are analyzed; fourth, on the basis of cause analysis, the improvement of the logistics service and management in primary and secondary schools in Baotou City is put forward feasible suggestions. The purpose of the study is to solve the practical problems existing in the service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou, and to provide theoretical and practical reference for the further promotion and development of the service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou.
