中考体育对河南省长葛市初中体育教学的影响研究

【摘要】:中考体育政策的全面实施,推动着长葛市学校体育教学工作的开展,尤其是近年来长葛市中考体育成绩的不断提升更是给学校体育工作的开展注入了新的活力。中考体育的目的是为了促使青少年学生积极参与到体育锻炼中,使其养成体育锻炼的良好行为习惯,有效培养学生“终身体育”的意识,增强学生的体质健康水平,这与体育教学的主要目的两者在功能上有着异曲同工之妙,但是中考体育却在实施过程中遇到了各种各样的问题。本文通过调查长葛市中考体育的实施现状、体育教学的现状并分析它们之间的相互影响后,以长葛市六中学生作为实验对象,进行为期一个学期的教学实验对比。对照班采取应试的针对中考体育考试项目训练课的方式进行教学;实验班采用以新课标为基准,结合中考项目进行设计教学的方式进行教学,在新课标教学与中考体育之间找到平衡点,避免出现教师为考而教、学生为升学而练的局面,使学校体育教学能够与中考体育二者有机的结合起来,既能实现新课标的要求又能达到提高升学率的愿景,并使得教师在教学观念上发生转变,进而提高体育课堂教学效率并使体育教学逐步步入到新课改所倡导的轨道上来。通过研究得出以下结论:1.长葛市中考体育的开展引起了学校、家庭、社会各方对体育考试和体育学科的重视,体育教师工作热情逐渐升高,但却忽略了新课标对体育教学所提出的各项目标;中考体育分值的不断提高也促使了学生主动参与到体育锻炼中去,学生的身体素质在某一阶段有了显著提高。2.中考体育的实施使得学校体育教学具有明显的功利性;在学校不断强调升学率的同时,体育教师为了使得学生拿到高分,把体育课变成了训练课,有悖于新课标赋予体育教学的使命。3.通过实验结果表明:在以新课标为基准,教师通过相关教学策略的使用的实验班教学中,学生的中考体育考试项目成绩能够得到有效的提高,同时在新课标所提出的教学目标方面也有所实现。
[Abstract]:The all-round implementation of physical education policy in middle school entrance examination promotes the development of school physical education in Changge City, especially in recent years, the continuous improvement of physical achievement in Changge City has injected new vitality into the development of school physical education work. The purpose of the middle school entrance examination is to promote young students to actively participate in physical exercise, to form good behavior habits of physical exercise, to effectively cultivate students' consciousness of "lifelong physical education", and to enhance the students' physical health level. This has the same function as the main purpose of physical education, but there are various problems in the implementation of the middle school physical education. After investigating the present situation of physical education and physical education teaching in Changge Middle School, and analyzing their mutual influence, this paper takes the students of No. 6 Middle School of Changge City as the experimental objects, and carries on a one-semester teaching experiment comparison with the students of the sixth Middle School of Changge City. The control class adopts the way of training course for the physical examination item of the middle school entrance examination to carry on the teaching; The experimental class takes the new curriculum standard as the benchmark, carries on the design teaching way to combine the middle school examination item to carry on the teaching, finds the balance point between the new curriculum standard teaching and the middle school examination physical education, avoids the situation which the teacher teaches for the examination, the student practices for the advancement. So that the physical education teaching in school and the physical education in the middle school can be combined organically, which can not only realize the requirements of the new curriculum standard, but also achieve the vision of increasing the rate of advancement, and make the teachers change their teaching ideas. And then improve the efficiency of PE classroom teaching and make the PE teaching step into the new curriculum reform advocated track. The following conclusions are drawn from the study: 1. The development of physical education in Changge City has aroused the attention of schools, families and social parties to physical examination and physical education. The enthusiasm of physical education teachers has gradually increased, but they have ignored the goals put forward by the new curriculum standards for physical education. The continuous improvement of the physical education score of the middle school entrance examination also prompted the students to actively participate in the physical exercise, and the physical fitness of the students has been significantly improved at a certain stage. 2. The implementation of physical education in middle school makes the school physical education have obvious utilitarian; At the same time, in order to make students get high scores, physical education teachers turn physical education into a training course, which is contrary to the mission given to physical education teaching by the new curriculum standard. 3. The experimental results show that in the experimental class teaching based on the new curriculum standard and the use of relevant teaching strategies, the students' performance in the physical education examination can be improved effectively. At the same time, the teaching goals put forward by the new curriculum standard have also been achieved.
