“翻转课堂”在初中排球教学中的实验研究

【摘要】:我们当下所处的时代,是信息技术高速发展的一个时代,网络媒体的高速崛起使我们的生活充满着便利,不管是从国家、社会还是个人,从大到小的方方面面,都在不同程度上发生着前所未有的变化。当然,这样对我们有利的变化我们要充分利用起来,结合时代发展的潮流将这一优势更好的与我们国家的教育相融合,为国家培养出一批批适应社会发展的人才,让我们国家政策规定的终身教育、素质教育、信息化教育深入贯彻落实。在贯彻落实的过程中,我们可以倡导教师和学生充分利用互联网平台。教师在教学过程中可以利用信息技术进行以启发法为原则的教学、以培养学生探究意识的教学、让学生主动积极参与讨论的教学以及让所有学生都参与进来的教学,多多运用网络加强与学生家长的沟通联系,及时反馈学生的在校表现情况,了解学生的在家学习情况,双方互动,从而更好地促进教育教学。更多的鼓励学生适应时代发展,要善于运用时代赋予我们的财富,通过网络多媒体平台学会学习、学会自主学习并培养自主学习能力,增强与同学教师间的的合作交流学习,尽各种所能充分发展自己,提高学习效率和质量。让互联网信息发展更好地促进教育的进步,促进国家高素质人才的培养。时代的发展使得我们必须与时俱进,转变我们原来进行的“灌输式”的教育方式,我们可以在一定程度上借鉴国外较成功的教学模式,取其精华去其糟粕,进行课堂创新。所以本文尝试引入“翻转课堂”这一教学模式,并结合我国教育的具体国情实施,同时全面贯彻新课改的精神内涵,学生成为自己学习的主人,教师只是引导者、促进者。通过教学改革,不仅实现让学生成为学习的中心,运用多媒体信息技术,培养学生的自主学习能力,增强学生的学习兴趣和对问题的思考能力,而且要大大促进教师与学生之间以及学生与学生之间的交流沟通,促进合作学习和团队协作。本文通过借鉴美国及我国部分地区实施这一教学模式进行教学的经验并结合我国初中体育教学开展的实际情况,以具体的排球垫球教学为例,运用了文献综述法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、对比分析法对“翻转课堂”进行了研究,研究“翻转课堂”这一教学模式是否可以让学生在面对巨大的升学压力和繁重的文化课学习的情况下,能够劳逸结合,更加有效地掌握体育相关技能,提高学生体育成绩,同时锻炼身体,增强体质,使青少年健康学习和全面发展。通过本论文的研究,具体得出以下几点结论:一、“翻转课堂”教学模式比传统教学模式能让学生在较短的时间内更好地掌握排球垫球技术,课堂教学效率更高。二、体育教学中运用“翻转课堂”教学模式比较适合教授一些对动作技能的掌握的运动项目,对仅仅需要提高学生的身体素质方面影响不大,身体素质主要由长期练习的积累提高和学生自身的一些身心特点所决定。三、“翻转课堂”教学模式对提高学生的自主学习能力、探究发现能力、解决问题能力、独立思考能力有一定的影响意义。培养了面对困难和问题不退缩的意志品质,对学生的终身学习有很大帮助。四、“翻转课堂”教学模式下加深了同学之间、师生之间的感情,培养学生的团结协作的优秀品质和良好的人际交往能力。五、“翻转课堂”教学模式使课堂和课后相连接,让体育学习渗透到了生活的时时刻刻,培养学生终身体育的意识。六、“翻转课堂”教学模式的运用,避免了教师示范不标准情况的出现,有利于学生对正确动作的掌握。
