基于实践共同体的思想政治教师专业发展的研究
[Abstract]:With the recommendation of the new curriculum reform, teachers' professional level is more and more demanding and their attention is increasing. Therefore, teachers, especially novice teachers, focus on their own professional development and strive. This paper discusses the ways to promote the professional development of ideological and political teachers based on the practice community of teachers. The development of teachers themselves does not emphasize the realization through the personal efforts of teachers, but pays more attention to the mutual cooperation between teachers, exchange and reference with each other, help new teachers to overcome all kinds of inadaptability, and promote the renewal of old teachers' educational ideas. Realize the overall professional development of ideological and political teachers. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: the first aspect, the introduction part. This paper mainly discusses the background of the topic, the significance of the topic and the research status of teacher practice community at home and abroad. The second part, first of all, makes a comprehensive analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the practical community, and defines its connotation according to its own understanding. The teacher practice community is based on the common vision of the teachers as learners. The team of teachers formed by joint research interests is based on teaching practice, with full communication and communication as the mechanism, sharing the collective wisdom of individual work resources, and realizing the professional development of teachers themselves. Practical activities for the development of teaching skills. Secondly, the connotation and present situation of ideological and political teachers' professional development are analyzed comprehensively, which lays the foundation for the next strategy. Finally, it expounds the value of teachers' own development. The third part compares the state of teachers' practice community in promoting the professional development of ideological and political teachers, and finds out the main causes of the problems, so as to lay the foundation for the fourth part. The fourth part mainly expounds the strategies that should be adopted in the teacher practice community in order to promote the professional development of teachers, mainly from three aspects: the main role of participating in the practice community, the key links and strengthening the reflection in the activities.
