【摘要】：没有爱就没有成功的教育。每一个后进生的转化都需要班主任特别的爱。唯有用心观察,走进学生的生活世界,才能用爱打开孩子的心锁,将爱的温暖传递给孩子,激发起成长动力。
[Abstract]:There is no successful education without love. The transformation of every underachiever needs the special love of the head teacher. Only by observing the students' life world, can we open the lock of the child's heart with love, pass on the warmth of love to the child, and stimulate the motivation of growth.
