天津市中学体育教师胜任力与教学效能感的关系研究

【摘要】:在国家基础教育课程改革的大背景下,体育课程改革工作如火如荼。作为教学工作的直接参与者,体育教师的作用凸显,其相关能力与素质对体育课程改革工作的影响巨大。为了推进体育课程改革工作进程,提高教师的能力与素质势在必行。在对教师的能力与素质进行探讨时我们发现:“胜任力”较能力与素质更具有岗位针对性,“教学效能感”与课程改革中教师的教学效果息息相关。为此,本研究引入胜任力与教学效能感概念对教师相关的能力与素质进行针对性探讨。在对现有研究进行归纳整理的基础上,主要采用测量法对天津市中学体育教师胜任力及教学效能感水平进行调查研究,通过结果的分析与探讨,主要得出以下结论:(1)体育教师队伍基本情况天津市中学体育教师队伍结构呈现年轻化。高级职称教师队伍所占比例较少,教师队伍职称层次整体偏低,结构不甚合理。(2)胜任力水平天津市中学体育教师胜任力处于较高水平。新手型-天津市总体-熟手型-专家型教师胜任力水平依次增高,其中专家型教师胜任力水平发展处于相对均衡稳定状态。新手型、熟手型、专家型中学体育教师胜任力水平有较大差别,且内部各子能力水平也稍有不同,其中教学与组织能力的地位随新手型-熟手型-专家型教师类型推进呈现逐渐上升态势。(3)教学效能感水平天津市中学体育教师教学效能感整体处于较高水平,且各子维度水平相对均衡。专家型-新手型-天津市总体-熟手型教师教学效能感水平依次增高,其中熟手型教师教学效能感各子维度水平呈均衡且较为稳定状态。新手型与熟手型中学教师教学效能感水平具有较大差别,与专家型教师教学效能感水平不存在差别,熟手型与专家型教师教学效能感水平具有较大差别。(4)胜任力与教学效能感关系天津市整体、熟手型、专家型中学体育教师胜任力与教学效能感呈显著的正相关关系,新手型中学体育教师胜任力与教学效能感呈显著负相关关系。新手型中学体育教师天津市中学体育教师整体、熟手型教师、专家型教师在胜任力与教学效能感关系上存在一定的错位。天津市整体、新手型、熟手型、专家型中学体育教师教学效能感对胜任力均有一定的预测作用,其中熟手型教师与专家型教师教学效能感对胜任力的预测作用较大。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the reform of the national basic education curriculum, the reform of the physical education curriculum is such as fire. As the direct participant of the teaching work, the role of the PE teacher is prominent, and its related ability and quality have a great impact on the reform of the PE curriculum. In order to advance the course of the reform of the PE course, it is imperative to improve the ability and quality of the teachers. When discussing the ability and quality of the teacher, we find that the competence and quality of the competence are more relevant to the teaching effect of the teachers in the course reform. To this end, the purpose of this study is to introduce the concept of competence and teaching efficacy to the ability and quality of the teachers. On the basis of the induction and arrangement of the existing research, the author mainly adopts the measurement method to carry out the investigation and research on the competence and the teaching efficacy of the physical education teachers in the middle school of Tianjin. The results are analyzed and discussed, and the following conclusions are drawn: (1) The basic condition of the physical education teacher team is that the structure of the PE teachers in the middle school of Tianjin is young. The lower proportion of the teaching staff of the senior professional title, the overall level of the professional title of the teaching staff is low, and the structure is not very reasonable. (2) The competency level of PE teachers in Tianjin high school is at a higher level. The level of competence of the expert-type teachers in Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin-Tianjin The competence level of the new type, the familiar hand and the expert middle school has a great difference, and the level of each sub-competence is slightly different, in which the status of teaching and organizational capability is gradually rising with the type of the new-type-familiar type-the expert type. (3) The teaching efficacy of PE teachers in Tianjin high school is at a higher level and the level of each sub-dimension is relatively balanced. The level of teaching efficacy of the expert-new-type-type-type teachers in Tianjin is increased in this order, among which, the level of the teaching efficacy of the hand-held teachers is balanced and stable. There is a great difference in the teaching efficiency of the novice and the familiar type of middle school, and there is no difference between the level of the teaching efficiency of the expert and the teaching efficiency of the expert. (4) There is a significant positive correlation between the competence and the teaching efficacy, and the competence of the PE teachers in the expert middle school is positively related to the teaching efficacy, and the competence of the new-type middle school PE teachers is negatively related to the sense of teaching efficacy. The new type middle school physical education teacher Tianjin high school physical education teacher as a whole, the familiar hand type teacher, the expert type teacher has a certain dislocation in the relationship of the competence and the teaching efficacy. The teaching efficacy of PE teachers in Tianjin as a whole, the new type, the familiar hand and the expert middle school has a certain predictive effect on the competence, among which the effect of the teachers of the familiar hand and the teaching efficiency of the expert teachers has a great effect on the prediction of the competence.
