苏北黄桥镇地方文化校本课程开发研究

【摘要】：随着基础教育课改的不断深入,校本课程开发越来越受到教育学界的关注。校本课程的开发、实施能够有效弥补国家统一课程存在的不足,体现学校特色,提升教师的科研能力、课程意识,有助于培养多样化、个性化的社会人才。本次研究运用了文献资料,对校本课程开发的国内外研究现状、理论基础以及校本课程开发的模式和类型、地方文化校本课程开发的价值进行了阐述,为研究提供了科学、扎实的理论支持。本文选取了地处黄桥镇东部的泰兴市第四高级中学作为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、访谈法,以《基础教育课程改革纲要》为指导,以教学研究和文献研究为导向,结合校本课程开发理论,从教材编写、课程目标、课程内容、课程评价等方面对该校的地方文化校本课程开发过程进行了深入分析。研究发现黄桥镇基于本土文化的校本课程开发在打造学校办学特色、提升学生综合素质、满足学生学习兴趣方面发挥着重要作用,该校的地方文化校本课程开发取得了一定的成效。但黄桥镇地方文化校本课程在开发与实施的过程中也显现出了诸多问题与不足,具体体现在教师参与校本课程开发的热情不足、学生较少参与校本课程开发、校本课程管理实践与开发管理体制存在矛盾三方面。为此,笔者提出了以下建议:建立激励机制,调动教师的科研积极性;了解学生需求,鼓励学生参与校本课程开发;完善校本课程开发管理机制;健全校本课程开发评价机制等,以期为弘扬黄桥文化,开发地方文化校本课程提供一定的理论借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of basic education curriculum reform, school-based curriculum development has attracted more and more attention in the field of education. The development and implementation of school-based curriculum can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the national unified curriculum, reflect the characteristics of the school, improve teachers' scientific research ability, curriculum awareness, and contribute to the cultivation of diversified and individualized social talents. Based on the literature, this study expounds the present situation of school-based curriculum development at home and abroad, the theoretical basis, the mode and type of school-based curriculum development, and the value of local culture school-based curriculum development, which provides science for the research. Solid theoretical support. This paper selects the fourth senior middle school in Taixing City, which is located in the eastern part of Huangqiao Town, as the research object, uses the questionnaire survey method, the interview method, takes the basic education curriculum reform outline as the guidance, takes the teaching research and the literature research as the guidance. Combined with the theory of school-based curriculum development, this paper makes a deep analysis on the process of school-based curriculum development of local culture in this school from the aspects of textbook compilation, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum evaluation and so on. It is found that the school-based curriculum development of Huangqiao Town based on local culture plays an important role in building the characteristics of running a school, improving the comprehensive quality of students and satisfying students' interest in learning. The school-based curriculum development of local culture in this school has achieved some results. However, in the process of development and implementation of school-based curriculum of local culture in Huangqiao Town, there are also many problems and shortcomings, which are embodied in the lack of enthusiasm of teachers to participate in school-based curriculum development and less participation of students in school-based curriculum development. There are three contradictions between school-based curriculum management practice and development management system. Therefore, the author puts forward the following suggestions: establishing incentive mechanism to arouse teachers' enthusiasm for scientific research, understanding students' needs, encouraging students to participate in school-based curriculum development, perfecting the management mechanism of school-based curriculum development, and perfecting the management mechanism of school-based curriculum development. In order to provide some theoretical reference for carrying forward Huangqiao culture and developing local culture school-based curriculum, we should perfect the evaluation mechanism of school-based curriculum development.
