高中英语课程中的人文性教育落实情况调查

【摘要】：长期以来,英语课程的工具性影响着我国英语课程的教学。师生普遍认为英语课程的主要任务是教授英语基本知识,培养学生的听、说、读、写技能。《英语新课程标准》提出英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质并指出人文性指英语课程承担着提高学生综合人文素养的任务,即学生通过英语课程能够开阔视野,丰富生活经历,形成跨文化意识,增强爱国主义精神,发展创新能力,形成良好的品格和正确的人生观价值观。本研究以此为出发点,以216名农村和城市高中英语教师作为调查对象,通过问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式,探讨人文性教育在高中英语课程中的落实现状以及落实过程中遇到的主要问题并对比农村高中和城市高中英语课程中的人文性教育的落实情况。研究发现:第一、人文性教育在高中英语课程的落实中既存在成就也存在问题。第二、人文性教育在高中英语课程的落实过程中遇到了许多阻碍,其中最主要的阻碍为教师提高学生分数的压力及缺少专门针对英语课程人文性教育的教师培训。第三,农村高中和城市高中英语课程人文性教育的落实存在一定的差别。在教师对待英语课程人文性教育的态度、英语课堂中人文性教育的落实以及英语评价中人文性教育的落实方面,城市高中明显优于农村高中。此项研究结果对高中英语课程中人文性教育的落实发展具有重要启示。鉴于人文性教育在高中英语课程落实过程中所遇到的问题和阻碍,本研究提出应加强对英语教师在人文性教学方面的培训,提高他们对英语课程中人文性教育的认识,促进人文性教育在高中英语课程中的落实。
