中学英语教学中情感教育的有效性研究

【摘要】：情感教育是一个与唯理智教育、认知教育相对应的概念，是教育过程的一部分，它关注学生的态度、情感、信念以及情绪等。语言学者研究表明，认知和情感是语言教学中不可分离的两个方面。心理学的研究早已证实了情感对人类认识活动具有强大的动力作用。然而，“重知轻情”的现象却在中学英语教学中普遍存在。因此，，本文在整合情感和情感教育有关理论的基础上，选取了三种主要情感因素（兴趣、焦虑和自信心）作为中学英语情感教育的中介因素，提出了在中学英语学习中情感教育对学生的学习成绩和情感态度（兴趣、焦虑和自信心）有何影响以及情感教学是否优于不重视学生积极情感培养的传统教学的问题。这项研究对培养学生的积极情感，提高中学英语教学质量具有重要意义。 本研究属于对比性研究，其基本实验程序为：前测——授课——后测。授课由同一老师完成，用同一教材对学生进行一个学期的英语教学。实验对象为湖南省泸溪县第一中学高一年级两个班级的120名学生,这两班分别为实验班和控制班。实验开始前,老师组织两班学生完成情感态度问卷调查，学生的成绩以高中入学英语成绩为参照，通过问卷调查获得有效问卷110份（占总人数的92%）。开始授课后，教师在实验班采用情感教学，而在非实验班采用忽视学生积极情感培养的传统教学。实验结束后，教师组织同样的学生完成同一情感态度问卷调查，学生的成绩以期末考试成绩为参照。最后，用SPSS18.0对数据进行量化统计分析。实验分析结果表明：（1）在中学英语教学中实施情感教育有利于提高学生的学习兴趣、增强学生的学习自信心、降低学生的学习焦虑，同时也提高了学生的学习成绩；（2）在中学英语教学中情感教育要优于不重视学生积极情感培养的传统教育。 本研究旨在引起更多同仁对中学英语教学中学生积极情感培养的关注，积极推进中学英语教学中情感教育的实施，促进学生积极情感的形成，提高中学英语教学的质量和效率。
