[Abstract]:The promulgation and implementation of "Labor Law" and Trade Union maintenance function Zhang Guangfu provides a legal basis for trade union to exert its maintenance function under the new situation of constructing and developing socialist market economy, and establishes the standard of maintenance. The procedure and means of maintenance have been clarified, which indicates that the maintenance function of trade unions has changed from the party's principle and policy to the stage mainly based on the law.
