【摘要】：正笔者在给学生讲课时,对我国法学研究现状曾形象地评述:民法学研究基本上是“旧房装修”,即在外国民法学和台湾民法学的框架内和蓝本上,联系我国实际深入研究,精雕细刻,硕果累累;劳动法学基本上是“旧房改造”,即根据我国经济体制改革和劳动制度改革的需要,借鉴市场经济国家和地区的劳动法学,对沿袭于前苏联模式的我国劳动法学,重构体系,更新内容,初步形成了一套既吸收国内外劳动法学成果、又在体系和内容上与外国劳动法学和我国原有劳动法学均有不同的劳动法学理论,经济法学研究基本上是“建造新房”,即基于我国经济体制改革的现状和目标模式,在传统法学体系之外新创中国经济法理论,并且至今尚未完成“新房设计”而处在“无房
