我国劳动力市场中的就业政策支持

【摘要】：我国劳动力市场中的就业政策支持是我国当前乃至今后 2 0年全面建设小康社会过程中重要的研究课题。本报告对我国当前劳动力市场中的就业政策支持对象即就业困难群体的范畴界定和构成 ,我国现阶段劳动力的组织 (工会 )及其对就业困难群体的支持 ,我国政府已经实施的多项就业支持政策等进行了系统的研究和评估。并对今后我国各级各类组织 ,在发展市场经济的条件下 ,继续加大就业政策支持 ,特别是有关政府和工会重视对劳动者权益的保护、劳动关系和劳动法问题的关注 ,与未来 2 0年我国全面建设小康社会的战略性目标和任务的实现 ,提供了一些重要的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The employment policy support in China's labor market is an important research topic in the process of building a well-off society in China and in the next 20 years. This report supports the employment policy in China's current labor market. That is, the definition and composition of the category of groups with difficulty in obtaining employment, At the present stage, the labor force organizations (trade unions) in our country and their support for the groups in need of employment, as well as the many employment support policies already implemented by the Chinese government, have been systematically studied and evaluated, and all kinds of organizations at all levels in our country will be systematically studied and evaluated in the future. Under the conditions of developing the market economy, we should continue to increase the support of employment policies, especially the concern of the government and trade unions regarding the protection of workers' rights and interests, labor relations and labor laws. Some important policy suggestions are provided for the realization of the strategic goal and task of building a well-off society in China in the next 20 years.
