试述用人单位在职业病防治中的职责

【摘要】：目的明确用人单位的职业病防治职责。方法归纳分析《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》各项条款。结果用人单位在前期预防工作中的职责有4项,在劳动就业和职业病病人保障方面的职责有41项。结论广大职业卫生监督员应准确理解、熟悉用人单位应负的职责,以便于日常监督中提出有针对性的整改意见,从而减少职业病的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to clarify the responsibility of employers for occupational disease prevention and control. Methods the articles of the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases were summarized and analyzed. There are 41 duties in the field of employment and protection of occupational disease patients. Conclusion the occupational health supervisors should understand accurately and be familiar with the duties of the employer, so as to put forward pertinent suggestions for rectification in the daily supervision. Thus reducing the occurrence of occupational diseases.
