【摘要】：介绍了新生代农民工权益诉求的特征,从新生代农民工权益诉求的角度分析了长三角与珠三角的"民工荒"现象,剖析背后的原因,寻求解决思路。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the characteristics of the demand for the rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers, analyzes the phenomenon of "shortage of migrant workers" in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta from the angle of the demands for the rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers, analyzes the reasons behind it, and seeks for solutions.
