民营企业员工工伤保险问题研究

【摘要】：民营企业作为我国改革开放后的新生力量,有力地推动了我国经济的发展,民营企业的健康发展对维持整个国民经济的持续发展乃至全社会的稳定具有重大意义。但是,由于民营企业多是中小企业,发展还不成熟,加上我国民营企业的工伤保险制度还不完善,致使民营企业工伤事故和职业病频频发生并且影响严重,越来越引起人们的关注。学术界对民营企业和工伤保险的研究不少,但是鲜有学者把民营企业员工工伤保险问题作为一个社会保障学课题进行深入研究。综合运用文献分析、历史分析、比较分析和实证研究等方法,在对民营企业员工工伤保险相关概念进行界定的基础上,梳理我国民营企业工伤保险制度的发展历程;通过考察我国民营企业工伤保险的现状,发现我国民营企业员工工伤保险存在的问题并从微观和宏观两个层面进行原因分析;然后,研究国外工伤保险制度的发展及其对我国民营企业工伤保险的经验借鉴,最后提出解决我国民营企业员工工伤保险问题的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:As a new force after China's reform and opening up, private enterprises have promoted the economic development of our country. The healthy development of private enterprises is of great significance to maintain the sustainable development of the whole national economy and even the stability of the whole society. Because the private enterprises are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises, the development is not mature, and the industrial injury insurance system of the private enterprises in our country is not perfect, which leads to the frequent occurrence of industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the private enterprises and its serious impact. People pay more and more attention to it. There are a lot of researches on private enterprises and industrial injury insurance in academic circles, but few scholars deeply study the problem of employee injury insurance in private enterprises as a social security subject. Based on the historical analysis, comparative analysis and empirical research, this paper analyzes the development of the industrial injury insurance system of private enterprises in China on the basis of defining the related concepts of employee injury insurance in private enterprises. By investigating the current situation of industrial injury insurance in private enterprises in China, the author finds out the existing problems of employee injury insurance in private enterprises in China and analyzes the causes from the micro and macro levels. This paper studies the development of industrial injury insurance system in foreign countries and the experience of industrial injury insurance in private enterprises of our country. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of employee injury insurance in private enterprises in our country.
