从价值链高环介入提升AB外贸公司的核心竞争力

【摘要】: 自从加入WTO到现在,特别是从2007年起到现在,我国的外贸环境发生了很大变化:国内方面,外贸政策调整,出口退税减少,人民币持续升值,新的劳动法的实施等等;国际方面,美国发生了严重的次贷危机,以及由此引发的金融危机,欧美国家实行的技术壁垒和日益严重的保护主义;在此种严峻形势下,我国的外贸出口企业何去何从,困扰着广大企业人员。 本文应用SWOT理论,对AB外贸公司的内外环境进行了分析,从全球价值链高环介入的方面,进一步提出了AB外贸公司应该提升在价值链中的地位的战略,改变低环介入价值链的方式,逐步转变为从高环介入,核心思想是要提高外贸企业的核心竞争力。这对于其他的中小外贸企业有着一定的借鉴作用。全文分六章。 第一章介绍了论文的研究背景和主要内容。 第二章介绍了相关的理论概念:价值链;价值链的低环介入和高环介入;SWOT分析;核心竞争力。 第三章首先介绍了AB外贸公司的概况,然后对AB外贸公司的内外环境进行了分析,并对之做出了SWOT分析,从高环介入的角度谈了如何提高AB外贸公司的核心竞争力。 第四章论述了提升AB外贸公司的核心竞争力的四大措施,就是规避风险和加强成本控制、提高运营效率和加强专业化、为客户创造价值、创新。 第五章论述了高环介入就能提升AB外贸公司的品牌价值和国际化水平。 第六章则对本文做了总结。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, especially from 2007 to now, great changes have taken place in China's foreign trade environment: domestic aspects, adjustment of foreign trade policy, reduction of export tax rebate, continuous appreciation of RMB, implementation of new labor law and so on; On the international front, the United States has experienced a serious sub-prime mortgage crisis, and the financial crisis caused by it, technical barriers and increasingly serious protectionism in Europe and the United States. Under such a severe situation, where should our foreign trade export enterprises go? Perplexing the vast number of enterprise personnel. Based on the SWOT theory, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of AB foreign trade company, and further puts forward the strategy that AB foreign trade company should upgrade its position in the value chain from the aspect of global value chain high ring intervention. The core idea is to improve the core competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises. This for other small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have certain reference role. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and main contents of the thesis. The second chapter introduces the related theoretical concepts: value chain, low-ring value chain intervention and high-ring intervention SWOT analysis; core competitiveness. The third chapter first introduces the general situation of AB foreign trade company, then analyzes the internal and external environment of AB foreign trade company, and makes SWOT analysis on it, and discusses how to improve the core competitiveness of AB foreign trade company from the angle of high ring intervention. The fourth chapter discusses the four measures to enhance the core competitiveness of AB foreign trade company, namely, to avoid risks and strengthen cost control, to improve operational efficiency and specialization, to create value for customers, and to innovate. Chapter 5 discusses the brand value and internationalization level of AB foreign trade company. The sixth chapter summarizes this paper.
