平等和谐就业法律问题探讨

【摘要】:高校毕业生是宝贵的人才资源和现代化建设的重要生力军,消除大学生就业歧视是构建和谐社会的一个重要因素。本文归纳了大学生就业歧视的几个问题,分析了造成这些问题的原因,提出建立国家宏观调控、法制完备、市场规范、高校指导、媒体监督的和谐就业体系,实现大学生和谐就业。
[Abstract]:College graduates are valuable talent resources and an important new force in modernization. Eliminating employment discrimination of college students is an important factor in building a harmonious society. This paper sums up several problems of employment discrimination of college students, analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward the establishment of a harmonious employment system of national macro-control, complete legal system, market norm, university guidance and media supervision.
