【摘要】：研究和分析网络新闻转载及侵权行为,必须明确被侵权的主体、侵权发生的地点、具体侵犯了哪些权利,即Who、Where、What三要素。而网络新闻转载包括以下四种方式:剽窃新闻作品、对新闻内容进行再加工、删除和修改信息、修改新闻链接。要想确立网络新闻转载法律规制,必须坚持严格设限、界定概念、明确标准的原则,有效保护新闻作品版权人的权益,确保新闻市场有序竞争。
[Abstract]:To study and analyze the network news reprint and tort, we must make clear the subject of the infringement, the place where the infringement occurred, and what rights have been infringed, that is, who where. What three elements. And network news reprint includes the following four ways: plagiarizing news works, reprocessing news content, deleting and modifying information.
