进展、成就与挑战:’95世妇会20年来的中国女童政策

【摘要】：文章梳理了中国自1995年第四次世界妇女大会以来出台的女童政策,指出这些政策虽然对女童的发展起到了促进作用,但与女童的现实需求相比仍存在着差距,未来应该在儿童政策中全面纳入性别视角,妇女政策中增加儿童视角,设立完善的女童政策体系,着力改变不利于女童发展的性别歧视文化,细化性别统计制度并加入年龄、民族、地区、城乡维度,建立问责制,以确保女童能够获得与男童平等的发展。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the policies on girls issued by China since the 4th World Conference on Women in 1995, and points out that although these policies have played a role in promoting the development of girls, there is still a gap between them and the actual needs of girls. In the future, a gender perspective should be fully integrated into children's policies, a children's perspective should be added to women's policies, a sound policy system for girls should be established, efforts should be made to change the sexist culture that is not conducive to the development of girls, and gender statistics systems should be refined and age added, Ethnic, regional, urban and rural dimensions, establish accountability to ensure that girls can achieve development on an equal basis with boys.
