浅议大数据时代下应对个人信息侵犯的法律对策——以南宁地区为例

【摘要】：东盟自由贸易区的建立,对南宁市的社会经济发展是一个契机,得天独厚的地理位置和政治地位,使得南宁地区与东盟成员国的经济往来和文化交流更为密切,社会经济迅猛发展。大数据时代下双边有不少民间组织或个人往来的信息也已经加入到南宁地区的信息数据库当中。互联网信息用户逐年增多,用户个人信息安全却不容乐观,而国内外目前少有对学者对本地区的用户信息安全保护进行法律研究。因此,本文从法学专业视角来构建一个相对安全、稳定的用户信息使用环境,为个人信息安全的法律保护工作献计献策。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the ASEAN Free Trade area is an opportunity for the social and economic development of Nanning. The unique geographical and political position of Nanning makes the economic and cultural exchanges between Nanning and ASEAN member countries closer.Social economy develops rapidly.Under big data era, many private organizations or individuals have joined the information database of Nanning region.Internet information users are increasing year by year, but the personal information security of users is not optimistic. At present, there are few legal studies on the protection of users' information security in this area by scholars at home and abroad.Therefore, this paper constructs a relatively safe and stable environment for the use of user information from the perspective of legal specialty, and makes suggestions for the legal protection of personal information security.
