【摘要】：2014年12月31日,《最高人民法院关于知识产权法院技术调查官参与诉讼活动若干问题的暂行规定》正式发布,技术调查官制度在我国正式建立。本文对技术调查官制度的适用范围、技术调查官的身份定位、技术调查官的工作职责、技术审查意见的法律效力等相关问题进行了评述。
[Abstract]:On December 31, 2014, the Provisional provisions of the Supreme people's Court on the participation of Technical Investigative officers in intellectual property Courts were officially promulgated, and the system of Technical Investigator was formally established in China. This paper reviews the scope of application of the Technical Investigator system, the identity of the Technical Investigator, the duties of the Technical Investigator, the legal effect of the opinions of the Technical Investigator, and so on.
