翻译作品版权的价值贡献分析

【摘要】：随着海外图书引进的逐年增多,翻译作品版权的价值贡献也越发显现。本文在分析翻译作品的价值基础上,明确了翻译作品版权的价值构成,分析翻译人、运营商和出版商三方对翻译作品版权的价值实现的贡献,并提出了按贡献分配收入的基本原则。
[Abstract]:With the increasing import of overseas books, the value contribution of the copyright of translated works becomes more and more obvious. On the basis of analyzing the value of translated works, this paper clarifies the value composition of copyright in translated works, and analyzes the contribution of translators, operators and publishers to the realization of the value of copyright in translated works. And put forward the basic principle of income distribution according to contribution.
