私有财产权理论的核心命题:一种思想史式的注解和批判

【摘要】：现代意义的私有财产权理论始于英国启蒙运动,是作为新生资本主义(商人社会)的意识形态而走上思想史舞台的。这种理论以个人对自身拥有天赋的"自我所有权"观念为基础,论证私有财产权的正当性、它所隐含的个人自由权利在市场经济中的拓展等问题。本文通过对有关思想史的思考,把这种理论归纳为三个核心命题,以艰难的方式,收集这类命题中那些零散的思想证据,追溯这种论证及其争论过程,指出这种论证选择性忽视的某些关键性事实和其无法摆脱的理论困境。
[Abstract]:The theory of private property right in modern sense began in the Enlightenment of England and entered the stage of ideological history as the ideology of new capitalism (merchant society). This theory is based on the idea of "self-ownership", which is natural to individuals, and demonstrates the legitimacy of private property rights and the expansion of individual freedom rights in the market economy. Through thinking about the history of thought, this paper sums up this theory into three core propositions, collects the scattered ideological evidence in such propositions in a difficult way, and traces this argument and its disputing process. The paper points out some key facts and theoretical dilemma which this argument selectively neglects.
