广州故事:知识产权法院多棱镜

【摘要】：站在人类膜拜自然尊重历史的大视野,我国设立知识产权法院是知识产权司法保护机制,发展完善的历史选择,是知识产权司法保护长期实践的理性探索。以广州知识产权法院为样本,述论知识产权法院在技术调查官制度、法官遴选制度以及法官作为审理者负责案件的审理和裁判等改革事项,为什么需要,如何可能,传达出另一种厚重与透彻。
