银行转贷有“三难”

【摘要】:正2016年1月《不动产登记暂行条例实施细则》开始实施,新政规定房屋所有权、土地使用权、抵押权等权利在首次登记或变更登记时,需申领不动产权证(即"权证合一")。实践中,部分银行反映权证登记政策变化后,贷款业务尤其是转贷业务出现困难,南通银监分局对此专门开展了调研。
[Abstract]:In January 2016, the interim regulations on the Registration of Real Estate began to be implemented. The New deal stipulates that the rights of house ownership, land use right, mortgage and other rights shall apply for a real estate warrant when they are registered for the first time or change their registration. In practice, some banks reflect the change of warrant registration policy, loan business, especially the transfer of loans business difficulties, Nantong Banking Supervisory Bureau of this special investigation.
