[Abstract]:There are many ways to implement the "go out" strategy, including book (in-kind) trade, copyright trade, international co-publishing, overseas investment, financing, publishing, media, and so on. Among them, copyright trade and international cooperation publishing are the core of implementing the strategy of "going out". After many years of hard work and operation, great achievements have been made. In this issue, the cover article reports the achievements made by Peking University Press in implementing the "go out" strategy and makes a deep impression on the full text: copyright is the foundation of copyright trade, and culture is the foundation of copyright trade.
