【摘要】：正2017年1月11日,国务院常务会议讨论通过《残疾预防和残疾人康复条例》(以下简称《条例》),标志着我国残疾预防和残疾人康复事业迈入依法推进的新的历史时期。学习贯彻好《条例》对于加快改善残疾人康复状况,推进我国残疾预防和残疾人康复事业健康发展具有重大意义。1《条例》的制定过程2006年,《中国残疾人事业"十一五"发展纲要》首次提出"制定残疾人康复条例"。2008年,中国残联启动《条
[Abstract]:On January 11, 2017, the standing meeting of the State Council discussed and adopted the regulations on Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the regulations), marking a new historical period in which the cause of disability prevention and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities has entered a new historical period promoted according to law.
