【摘要】:随着iPad2、iPhone4等苹果产品风靡全球,消费者对苹果产品周边配件的需求也在持续增长。越来越多的电子厂商看到了这一商机,密集型销售已成为了趋势。随着生产厂商的本土化,新产品推出的速度越来越快,设计越来越新颖,成本越来越低。这就对业内厂家,特别是他们的研发部门提出了更高的要求。 本论文根据X公司家用影音产品研发中心的具体情况,针对整个产品设计的流程中运用到的精益产品设计思想展开分析和研究,以求获得一些可以在产品设计过程中灵活应用的经验和方法。 本论文首先介绍了选题的来源和背景,针对当今苹果iPod、iPad及周边市场的大好形势,结合目前国内外对于精益思想和精益生产的具体研究与应用情况,提出要将精益的思想应用到产品设计中的具体方法与思路。 本论文还对精益生产和精益设计的原理作了详细的介绍,并且将精益生产和精益设计有机地结合在一起,对X公司的产品设计生产流程进行了仔细的分析,,提出了在产品设计流程中能够体现精益设计思想的几种方法:即设计流程、商品企划、并行工程、模块化设计、项目管理、成本管理、全面质量管理。 本文对上述方法的原理作了详细的介绍,并且指出各种方法对于实现精益设计的意义。从产品设计方法和产品设计流程的管理两个方面对实现精益设计进行深入的分析,以求找到最合适、最精益的设计体系。本文还结合产品研发的实际案例来具体阐述这七种方法,在实际案例中具体分析如何将精益设计思想更好地应用到产品的设计过程中。 最后,在对全文总结的基础上,对本文所讨论的相关领域的问题进行了探讨,并对精益设计的发展进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With iPad2, iPhone4 and other Apple products are popular in the world, consumer demand for Apple accessories also continued to grow. More and more manufacturers saw an opportunity and intensive sales have become a trend. With the manufacturers of localization, new product launch speed more and more quickly, more and more novel design, cost more and more low. The industry manufacturers, especially put forward higher requirements for their R & D department.
According to the specific situation of X's home audio and video product R & D center, this paper analyzes and studies the lean product design ideas applied in the whole product design process, in order to get some experience and methods that can be flexibly applied in the product design process.
This paper firstly introduces the origin and background of the topic, the current situation of apple iPod, iPad and the surrounding market, combined with the current domestic and foreign research and application for the specific thoughts and lean production, put forward to specific methods and ideas of product design idea is applied to lean in.
This paper also gives a detailed introduction on the principle of lean production and lean design, and lean production and lean design organically, to product design and production process of X company has carried on the careful analysis, put forward several methods to reflect the lean thinking in the design of the product design process: the design process. Product planning, parallel engineering, modular design, project management, cost management, total quality management.
In this paper, the principle of the method is introduced in detail, and points out that various methods for realizing lean design. From the two aspects of product design process and method of product design management in-depth analysis on implementation of lean design, in order to find the most suitable, most lean design system. This paper also discusses the seven kinds of methods according to the actual case of product development, in the actual case specific analysis of how to make the design process of lean design and better applied to the products.
Finally, on the basis of the summary of the full text, the problems in the related fields discussed in this paper are discussed, and the development of lean design is prospected.
