【摘要】：ERP是信息时代企业实现现代化、科学化管理的一整套经营管理的整体解决方案，它为企业提出了一个全新的管理思想，将影响企业生存与发展的各个环节统一起来，在综合企业所有资源的基础上给出企业管理的决策，以最快速度提高企业竞争力。财务管理是ERP的核心，ERP在实施中将把财务管理模块作为整个企业管理系统的中枢，要求和企业管理系统的其他模块都有相应的接口，并能够将信息在财务中枢相互集成。它的对象已不仅是资金的循环和周转，还包括业务管理、物资管理、设备管理、销售管理及其他信息管理所包括的相应内容，，范围扩展到整个企业管理的领域，扩大了财务管理的内涵，从而使得在ERP系统环境下的财务管理打破了传统模式，呈现出新的变化，并推动财务管理不断拓展新的发展空间。本论文首先简要阐述了研究的背景与意义、国内外研究综述、研究内容与方法以及ERP的内涵、发展、功能、特点等基本理论，随后以对华北油田财务管理工作现状的分析为切入点，通过查找存在的突出问题，在指导思想、实施目标、知道方法、实施原则与总体思路方面进一步明确了ERP财务管理系统的实施对策。在具体的实施措施方面，详细介绍了以软件咨询商SAP、内部支持单位中油瑞飞及咨询服务商IBM为基础的技术支持；以价值链管理和作业成本法为内容的实施工具；以物资管理、项目管理、设备管理和销售管理等主要模块为代表的业务模块设置；财务管理系统与各主要系统间的模块信息集成；如何成功设计系统融合方案，保证信息流渠道通畅；怎样整合专业化财务信息系统，强化与ERP的深化融合；集约化信息平台的建立等内容。ERP系统在华北油田公司的实施，不仅对财务信息系统的应用以及项目投资管理、生产成本管理、资金管理、物资管理、往来管理和销售管理等方面带来了帮助和改善，从而促进了财务管理工作的改进与提高，更是对财务管理工作产生了变革性影响。最后，对目前ERP系统应用中所存在的问题进行了简要分析，为持续不断的完善与改进起到了抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:ERP is a whole set of management solutions to realize the modernization and scientific management of enterprises in the information age. It puts forward a new management idea for enterprises. This paper unifies all the links that affect the survival and development of the enterprise, gives the decision of the enterprise management on the basis of synthesizing all the resources of the enterprise, and improves the competitiveness of the enterprise with the quickest speed. Financial management is the core of ERP. ERP will take the financial management module as the center of the whole enterprise management system in the implementation, the requirements and other modules of the enterprise management system have the corresponding interface. And can integrate information in the financial center. Its object is not only the circulation and turnover of funds, but also business management, material management, equipment management. The corresponding contents of sales management and other information management are extended to the whole enterprise management field, and the connotation of financial management is expanded. Therefore, the financial management under the ERP system environment breaks the traditional mode, presents the new change, and promotes the financial management to continuously expand the new development space. This paper first briefly describes the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research review, research content and methods, as well as the connotation, development, function, characteristics of ERP and other basic theories. Then, by analyzing the current situation of financial management in Huabei Oilfield, we can find out the outstanding problems in guiding ideology, implement goal and know the method. The implementation principles and general ideas of the implementation of the ERP financial management system to further clarify the implementation of countermeasures. In the specific implementation measures, a detailed introduction to the software consulting company SAP. Internal support unit CNORC and consulting service provider IBM based technical support; Value chain management and activity-based costing as the content of the implementation tools; Set up business modules represented by material management, project management, equipment management and sales management. Module information integration between the financial management system and the main systems; How to successfully design the system fusion scheme to ensure the smooth flow of information channel; How to integrate the specialized financial information system and strengthen the deepening integration with ERP; The implementation of ERP system in Huabei Oilfield Company, not only the application of financial information system and project investment management, production cost management, capital management, material management.
