【摘要】：项目在当今社会中无处不在。项目管理是将管理学的相关知识有效应用于整个项目过程中,使项目在有限的资源条件下,实现最初设定的目标。在当今竞争激烈的市场环境下,许多公司的未来取决于他们驾驭信息技术的能力。在金融领域,随着各大银行之间的竞争越来越激烈,仅仅实现日常业务处理的电子化已不能满足银行业务发展的需要,正确及时的决策是银行生存与发展的重要保障。将项目管理引入银行业信息网络建设项目,是现代金融业发展的需要,也是业务精细化发展的必然要求。应用项目管理的体系、方法已经成为银行业信息网络建设项目的必然趋势。本文选取了交通银行江苏省分行决策支持系统项目作为具体应用案例,运用项目管理的理论知识和管理方法,从项目需求分析入手,根据项目建设目标和原则,提出系统建设的技术方案,并基于交通银行江苏省分行的现状,运用十大项目管理知识领域,通过集成管理、范围管理、时间管理、成本管理、质量管理、人力资源管理、沟通管理、干系人管理、风险管理和采购管理等有效地控制了项目实施过程中的进度、成本和质量,保证项目如期达到预期目标,取得良好的建设成果。希望为商业银行应用软件开发项目的规划与实施提供一些参考。本文综合运用了经济学、管理学、计算机科学、系统学等相关学科理论,采用文献调研、系统分析、内容分析、理论研究与实证研究相结合等多种方法,以提高研究的科学性、准确性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Project management is to effectively apply the relevant knowledge of management to the whole process of the project and make the project under the condition of limited resources. In today's highly competitive market environment, the future of many companies depends on their ability to harness information technology. In the financial world, competition between major banks has increased. The electronic processing of daily business can not meet the needs of the development of banking business. Correct and timely decision-making is an important guarantee for the survival and development of banks. Project management will be introduced into the banking information network construction project. It is the need of the development of the modern financial industry, but also the inevitable requirement of the development of business refinement, and the application of project management system. The method has already become the inevitable trend of the banking information network construction project. This paper selects the decision support system project of Bank of Communications Jiangsu Province Branch as the concrete application case. Using the theory knowledge and management method of project management, starting from the project demand analysis, according to the project construction goal and principle, put forward the technical scheme of the system construction, and based on the current situation of Bank of Communications Jiangsu Branch. Apply the top ten areas of project management knowledge through integrated management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resources management, communication management, stakeholder management. Risk management and procurement management effectively control the progress, cost and quality of the project implementation process, to ensure that the project on schedule to achieve the desired objectives. It is hoped to provide some references for the planning and implementation of commercial bank application software development projects. This paper synthetically applies the theories of economics, management, computer science, system science and so on. In order to improve the scientific accuracy and maneuverability of the research we adopt the methods of literature research systematic analysis content analysis theoretical research and empirical research.
