广菲汽车公司零部件采购成本管理改进研究

【摘要】:汽车工业的发展一直以来都是各个国家装备制造业甚至是整个工业发展的一个缩影,也体现了一个国家工业水平的高低。回顾整个汽车工业发展史中,世界汽车工业经历了三重巨大变革。第一次变革是美国福特汽车公司推出T型车,发明了汽车装配流水线,使世界汽车工业的重心从欧洲转向美国。第二次变革是欧洲通过多品种的生产方式,打破了美国汽车公司在世界车坛上的长期垄断地位,使世界汽车工业的重心从美国又转回欧洲。第三次变革是日本通过完善生产管理体制,形成精益生产方式,全力发展物美价廉的经济型轿车,日本成了继美国、欧洲之后世界第三个汽车工业发展中心。中国汽车工业的发展起步于建国之后,明显落后于欧美及日本,进入2000年以后,随着合资企业的不断涌现,我国的汽车工业也进入了前所未有的快速发展时期。随着国内外汽车市场竞争的日益加剧,单纯依靠扩大生产,提高销量的利润增长方式已经难以为汽车企业带来较大的利润上涨空间。采购环节作为供应链上的重要一环,控制并降低零部件的采购成本将是汽车企业获得新的利润增长、发挥强有力竞争优势的重要举措之一。 本论文首先从理论上论述了关于供应链管理、供应链环境下的采购管理、采购成本管理的概念,以及供应链管理理论在汽车工业中的应用。其次,介绍了广菲汽车公司及采购部的基本情况,阐述了广菲汽车公司采购部的采购流程的特点和不足,并重点分析了采购部在零部件采购和供应商管理方面面临的问题,比如成本控制简单化、缺乏供应商管理战略规划、供应商选择评价的问题、全球化采购模式应用不够广泛、股东利益对成本控制造成的影响、产品策略等等,并深入讨论了产生这些问题的主要原因,比如集中采购优势不明显、物流体系尚不完善、战略合作供应商应用不够广泛等等。再次,针对广菲汽车公司采购部在零部件采购和供应商管理中存在的问题,本论文阐述了供应商成本体制建设、供应商体系战略建设、供应商竞争体制建设等一系列零部件采购成本管理的改进方案。最后,本论文提出了一系列零部件采购成本管理改进方案实施的保障措施。 希望本文的研究成果可以对广菲汽车公司采购成本控制,构筑正确和谐的企业供应商关系,增加企业经济效益,促进企业快速灵活地适应激烈的市场竞争形势起到积极作用,对企业可持续发展具有一定的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:The development of the automobile industry has been in various countries and even the equipment manufacturing industry is a microcosm of the entire industry, but also reflects a country's industrial level. Review of the development history of automobile industry, the automobile industry of the world has experienced three great changes. The first change is the Ford automobile company launched T the car, the invention of the automobile assembly line, so that the focus of the world automobile industry from Europe to the United States. The second revolution in Europe through the variety of production methods, broke the long-term monopoly of the American Motor Corp in the world of motor racing, the centre of gravity of the world automobile industry from the United States back to Europe. The third change is through the improvement of production management in Japan system, the formation of lean production, the full development of economy cars of high quality and inexpensive became the United States, Japan, Europe third world automobile industry development The development of the automobile industry. China started after the founding of the PRC, obviously lags behind Europe and the United States and Japan, after entering in 2000, a joint venture with the emerging of China's automobile industry has entered a period of rapid development. With the hitherto unknown competition of domestic and foreign automobile market growing, relying solely on the expansion of production, increase sales profit growth the way is difficult to bring a bigger profit for the automobile enterprises to rise. The supply chain procurement as an important part of the procurement cost control and reduce parts will be automobile enterprises to obtain new profit growth, one of the important measures to play a strong competitive advantage.
This paper firstly discusses the theory about supply chain management, purchasing management under the environment of supply chain, procurement cost management concept, and the application of the theory of supply chain management in the automotive industry. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic situation of the Philippine wide car company and purchasing department, expounds the Philippine wide car company purchasing department purchasing the process characteristics and shortcomings, and analyzes the purchasing department faced in parts purchasing and supplier management issues, such as the cost control is simple, the lack of supplier management strategy, supplier selection and evaluation problems, global procurement mode of application is not wide enough, the interests of the shareholders of the impact of cost control, product strategy and so on, and the main reasons of these problems, such as centralized purchasing advantage is not obvious, the logistics system is not perfect, the strategic cooperation supplier application is not wide enough again and so on. According to the times, wide Philippines automobile company purchasing department in parts purchasing and supplier management problems, this paper expounds the supplier cost of system construction, the construction of strategic supplier system, improvement scheme of supplier competition system construction and a series of parts procurement cost management. Finally, this paper proposes the measures to carry out a series of parts procurement cost management the improvement scheme.
I hope this research can be of wide Philippines automobile company procurement cost control, to build the correct harmonious enterprise supplier relationship, increase the economic efficiency of enterprises, promote enterprises to quickly adapt to the fierce market competition to play a positive role in the sustainable development of enterprises, and has a certain practical significance.
