基于数据挖掘的煤炭企业成本管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:成本管理是一个复杂的系统工程。目前煤炭企业成本管理方法落后,大都还停留在事后核算与反映的阶段、缺乏定量化方法,并且成本数据信息隔离,使得成本管理陷入了一种“只见森林不见树木”的困境。因此,构建煤炭企业集成化的成本管理系统,并结合智能化技术将企业海量的成本数据信息转化为知识信息,实现企业多维度多层次的分析与精细化的管理,是煤炭企业自身发展和保持市场竞争力的必然要求。 针对目前成本管理与数据挖掘相结合的问题。本文在全面学习国内外成本管理和数据挖掘理论与方法的基础上,将决策树和多目标进化算法引入到企业成本管理,以福建煤电股份有限公司实践为背景,应用系统的整体性、多目标综合控制与优化的思想,将多学科知识相融合来研究相关关键问题。 首先,论文构建了基于数据挖掘的煤炭企业成本管理多维度多层次模型,将成本管理系统与ERP/MES间的信息集成,通过对成本数据进行ETL处理确保了成本数据的可靠性和准确性,并介绍了如何在该模型的基础上实施对企业的成本管理和完成具体职能。其次,论文结合案例企业成本管理现状和需求,提出了成本管理系统设计与实现方案,推动了企业自动化、智能化和信息化的进程。最后,本文重点介绍了数据挖掘模块的研究与实现,利用决策树算法对成本差异数据进行数据挖掘,探索影响成本差异的各种因素,并对生产资源调度进行数学建模,得到了生产质量—效率—成本控制的多目标集对联系度模型,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解该多目标优化问题,优化结果在很大程度上消除不同指标间的耦合,提高生产资源规划和生产组别选择过程的科学性和柔性,对提高企业成本决策合理性、配置生产资源优化性具有现实意义。
[Abstract]:Cost management is a complex system engineering. At present, the cost management methods of coal enterprises are backward, most of them are still in the stage of post-accounting and reflection, lack of quantitative methods, and cost data information isolation. Therefore, the integrated cost management system of coal enterprises is constructed, and combined with intelligent technology, the massive cost data information of enterprises is transformed into knowledge information. It is necessary for coal enterprises to develop themselves and maintain market competitiveness to realize multi-dimensional and multi-level analysis and meticulous management. Aiming at the problem of combining cost management with data mining, this paper introduces decision tree and multi-objective evolutionary algorithm into enterprise cost management on the basis of studying the theory and method of cost management and data mining at home and abroad. Based on the practice of Fujian Coal and Power Co., Ltd., applying the idea of system integrity, multi-objective comprehensive control and optimization, this paper studies the key problems related to the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge. Firstly, the multi-dimensional and multi-level model of cost management in coal enterprises based on data mining is constructed. The cost management system is integrated with ERP/MES information, and the reliability and accuracy of cost data are ensured by ETL processing of cost data. It also introduces how to carry out the cost management and accomplish the specific functions on the basis of the model. Secondly, the paper puts forward the design and implementation scheme of the cost management system based on the current situation and demand of the cost management of the case enterprises. Finally, this paper introduces the research and implementation of data mining module, and uses decision tree algorithm to mine the cost difference data. This paper explores the various factors that affect the cost difference, and models the scheduling of production resources, and obtains the multi-objective set pair connection degree model of production quality-efficiency-cost control.
