曹妃甸电动汽车充换电站项目评价指标体系与评估研究

【摘要】:电动汽车凭借其环保节能的优点将成为未来新能源汽车发展的主要方向之一,因此将得到国家和社会的广泛关注。随着电动汽车大规模的使用和普及,需要对电动汽车进行快速和安全的电能补给,充换电站作为电动汽车能源补给的基础设施,对电动汽车的快速应用和广泛发展起到了重要的基本保障作用。因此,本文将重点围绕电动汽车充换电站项目评价展开研究,以河北唐山市曹妃甸的电动汽车充换电站为研究对象进行项目评价指标体系的构建及项目成本效益评估。 首先阐述了本文的研究背景及意义,分析了电动汽车产业、电动汽车充电技术以及充换电站项目评价等方面的研究现状,指出电动汽车充换电站项目评估研究具有重要意义。其次,进行电动汽车充换电站项目评价的基础理论研究,主要内容包括电动汽车充换电方式、项目布局原则、影响因素和实施步骤等,为后文的深入研究奠定理论基础。再次,以唐山市曹妃甸电动汽车充换电站为立足点进行实证研究,在结合国内外相关理论研究的基础上,从设备管理、成本管理、风险管理等方面分析曹妃甸电动汽车充换电站项目,进而构建充换电站项目的评价指标体系,并对项目的成本、经济效益和社会效益进行评估。最后,进行文章总结,并结合电动汽车的发展趋势,指出充换电站项目评估的未来研究方向。
[Abstract]:Electric vehicles will become one of the main directions of the development of new energy vehicles in the future because of their advantages of environmental protection and energy saving, so they will be widely concerned by the country and society. With the large-scale use and popularization of electric vehicles, It is necessary to supply electric vehicles with fast and safe electric energy. As the infrastructure of energy supply for electric vehicles, the recharge power station plays an important role in the rapid application and extensive development of electric vehicles. This paper focuses on the project evaluation of electric vehicle charging and replacing power station, taking the electric vehicle charging and replacing power station in Caofeidian, Hebei province as the research object, and the construction of the project evaluation index system and the evaluation of the project cost and benefit. Firstly, the research background and significance of this paper are described, and the research status of electric vehicle industry, electric vehicle charging technology and project evaluation of charging and replacing power station are analyzed. It is of great significance to study the project evaluation of electric vehicle charging and changing power station. Secondly, the basic theory research of electric vehicle charging and changing power station project evaluation is carried out. The main contents include the charging and changing mode of electric vehicle and the project layout principle. The influencing factors and implementation steps lay a theoretical foundation for the further study. Thirdly, taking the Caofeidian Electric vehicle filling and replacement Power Station in Tangshan City as the foothold, and combining with the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad, From the aspects of equipment management, cost management, risk management and so on, the project of Caofeidian electric vehicle charging and replacing power station is analyzed, and then the evaluation index system of the project is constructed, and the cost, economic benefit and social benefit of the project are evaluated. This paper summarizes the development trend of electric vehicle, and points out the future research direction of project evaluation of charging and changing power station.
