长沙A驾校培训质量提升策略研究

【摘要】:现如今,我们国家的道路安全形式十分严峻、问题频频发生,交通事故造成的事故人员死亡率一直居高不下。究其原因,驾驶员技术的不熟练乃至不合格是不可忽视的。伴随着中国经济的腾飞,大量的小汽车进入中国家庭。在这样的背景之下,针对驾驶员培训质量的研究就更凸显出其重要性,而对于驾培行业培训质量如何提升的问题也日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。2013年新交规实施以来,暴露出了很多从前驾考存在的不足与弊病,同时也使社会各界对驾培质量问题关注度节节高升。 针对上述出现的诸多问题,许多相关的法律法规也相继颁布。这些法律法规着重要求了各地管理部门对驾校的培训质量进行监督管理,并且运用更加科学、有效、合理的考核模式来切实的进行有效的提升,摸索出适合各地方特色的驾校培训质量提升模式。本文通过运用组织行为理论,成本管理理论及质量控制理论,以长沙驾培行业的现状为背景,分析了长沙市驾校培训中所存在的问题以及各方面的影响因素。同时结合国内外驾校培训质量提升的现状与案例,分析出了我国驾培质量提升在法律法规、教练素质、供求关系、驾校体制及成本管理模式等问题上存在的阻碍。提出A驾校需要通过创新企业文化、改革人力资源管理体系、采取绩效激励、加大驾校资金投入、降低经营成本等方法,多角度多形式的提升培训质量。该篇文章的意义就是以提升A驾校的培训质量为基础,运用人力资源管理方法进行策略研究,从而推广到整个驾驶培训市场,使之拥有对该行业企业管理的借鉴的意义。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the road safety situation in our country is very serious, problems occur frequently, and the fatality rate caused by traffic accidents has been high all the time.The reason for this is that the unskilled and even unqualified drivers can not be ignored.With the rapid development of Chinese economy, a large number of cars enter Chinese families.Against this background, the research on driver training quality has highlighted its importance, and the problem of how to improve the quality of training in the driver training industry has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Since the implementation of the new traffic regulations in 2013,It has exposed many shortcomings and defects in the previous driving test, and has also raised the attention of the society to the quality problem of driving and training.In view of the above problems, many related laws and regulations have been promulgated.These laws and regulations emphatically require the local management departments to supervise and manage the training quality of driving schools, and use more scientific, effective, and reasonable assessment models to effectively improve the training quality.Find out suitable for the local characteristics of driving school training quality improvement model.Based on organization behavior theory, cost management theory and quality control theory, this paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors in Changsha driving school training based on the present situation of Changsha driving school.At the same time, combining with the current situation and cases of the quality improvement of driving school training at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the obstacles of the quality improvement of driving and training in China in the aspects of laws and regulations, the quality of coaches, the relationship between supply and demand, the system of driving schools and the mode of cost management, and so on.It is pointed out that A driving school needs to improve the quality of training by innovating corporate culture, reforming human resource management system, adopting performance incentive, increasing the investment of driving school funds, reducing operating cost, and so on.The significance of this article is to improve the training quality of A driving school, and apply the human resource management method to carry on the strategy research, thus popularize to the whole driving training market, make it have the reference meaning to the enterprise management of this profession.
