重庆山区二级公路施工前成本优选应用研究

【摘要】:交通建设行业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,公路作为基础性交通设施之一,具有劳动力密集、机械化程度低、竞争激烈等产业特点。我国的施工企业中普遍存在实际施工成本难以精确预测与控制、内部管理难以优化组合的成本优选管理问题。 成本优选是公路工程施工项目计划中的重要组成部分,具有多目标性特点。它一直是科学和工程研究领域的一个难点和热点问题,,传统的优选方法在处理多维等复杂问题时存在许多的不足。对复杂的多目标优选问题同样如此。本文基于多层次模糊灰关联法对工程成本优选问题进行了研究。 本文首先对相关项目成本的基本理论进行概述,对施工项目成本构成及划分进行介绍,并讨论公路工程施工项目成本优选遵循的原则,分析公路工程施工项目成本的影响因素。对我国公路工程施工项目成本优选的发展现状进行分析,就当前公路工程施工项目成本优选中存在的问题及原因做了进一步的阐述。并针对公路工程施工项目成本优选所存在的问题,提出了改进的措施和对策,引出多层次模糊灰关联评价模型。以重庆山区公路工程为例,通过对该项目的特点分析,结合影响成本的因素,运用多层次模糊灰色关联聚类分析评价模型,对公路工程施工项目成本优选的实施进行综合论述分析,并对其实施的效果评价。
[Abstract]:The transportation construction industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy, as one of the highway transportation infrastructure, with labor intensive, low degree of mechanization, competition and other characteristics of the industry. The prevalence of actual construction costs is difficult to accurately forecast and control of construction enterprises in our country, the internal management to optimize the cost management optimization portfolio.
Cost optimization is an important part of the highway engineering construction project plan, with multi targets. It has been a difficult and hot issues in the field of science and engineering research, traditional optimizing methods exist many disadvantages in dealing with multi-dimensional complex problems. The same is true for multi-objective optimization problems. In this paper, more complex fuzzy grey correlation method to study engineering cost optimization problem based on.
Firstly, the basic theory of project cost are summarized, the construction project cost structure and classification are introduced, and discussed the highway engineering construction project cost optimization principle, the analysis of influencing factors of highway engineering construction project cost. The current situation of the development of China's highway engineering project cost optimization application through the analysis of the problems and the causes the highway engineering construction project cost optimization in further elaborated. And for the optimization of the highway engineering construction project cost problems, puts forward improvement measures and countermeasures, to draw out the fuzzy grey correlation evaluation model of multi level. In Chongqing mountainous area highway as an example, through the analysis of the project, combined with the the impact of cost factors, using fuzzy grey correlation clustering analysis model, the implementation of the optimization of highway construction project cost in comprehensive The analysis is discussed and the effect of its implementation is evaluated.
