【摘要】:随着时代的变迁,网络时代、知识时代、信息时代快速变化,竞争也更加剧烈,信息技术得到了更广泛的应用,企业发现传统的管理已不能保证企业的发展,ERP应运而生,更多的企业用ERP来武装,ERP对于企业的价值越来越高,通过ERP系统的计划及控制等若干功能结合企业的流程,优化并有效地配置各项资源,以此来更快的响应市场,效率和效益都得到了提高,ERP的出现是企业在快速发展中让企业得到了有力保障。ERP作为管理软件在财务管理中的应用极为重要,财务管理方面的体现是从它的任何模块的数据从预测到统计,随着对ERP系统认识的深入、市场环境的变换、应用时间的积累、企业组织机构的调整、及业务模式的改变等原因的出现,企业对财务管理有了更高的要求,财务管理的方式也在不断改善和更新。随着新的业务、新的流程、新的方法的出现,对ERP系统必然有新的期待,这些期待的实现一方面来自软件的自身的完善、升级,另一方面来自对ERP现有功能的挖掘和利用。ERP系统的完善要不断摸索,不断积累经验,更需要已经获得成功的企业提供好的经验来丰富企业财务管理方法,来促进财务在管理水平方面提高。本论文通过论述ERP在财务管理方面的核心管理思想、ERP相关的发展过程、ERP对信息资源的进整合,并着重在ERP财务管理方面的应用进行分析,ERP的特点和在实施中出现的缺陷,并详细提出解决问题的对策。因为ERP系统的财务管理主要包括采购的管理、原材料的管理、产成品的管理、销售的管理、生产的管理、设备的管理、固定的资产管理等所有与企业有关的财务活动,是集成信息的财务管理,所以相对于单一的计算机财务系统,它具有集成度高和信息处理及时等优点。本系统在设计时,充分考虑到了企业自身的特点。在开发系统之前,需要完成的工作就是建立相对应的数据库,由关系表、约束规则和存储过程等共同组成一个完整的数据库Stock。本实例在开发过程中简化其功能,财务管理系统可分为四个方面,分别是:总账模块、应收款管理、应付款管理和管理功能模块。经过严密的测试之后,得出结论:本系统可以完成整个财务管理流程,实现日常财务管理的工作,代替传统财务管理的手工操作。ERP是管理者解决企业管理问题的一种工具。
[Abstract]:With the change of the times, the network age, the knowledge age, the information age, the rapid change of the information age, the competition is more intense, the information technology has been applied more widely, the enterprise has found that the traditional management can no longer guarantee the development of the enterprise ERP emerges as the times require.More and more enterprises use ERP to arm the enterprise with higher and higher value. Through the planning and control of ERP system and other functions combined with the process of the enterprise, optimize and effectively allocate the various resources, so as to respond to the market more quickly.Efficiency and benefit have been improved the emergence of ERP is that enterprises in the rapid development of the enterprise has been able to ensure that the application of ERP as a management software in financial management is extremely important.The embodiment of financial management is from the prediction to statistics of any of its modules. With the deepening of the understanding of ERP system, the change of market environment, the accumulation of application time, the adjustment of enterprise organization,With the appearance of the change of business model, enterprises have higher requirements on financial management, and the way of financial management is improving and updating.With the emergence of new business, new processes, new methods, there must be new expectations for ERP systems. On the one hand, the realization of these expectations comes from the improvement and upgrading of the software itself.On the other hand, it is necessary to explore and improve the existing functions of ERP, to accumulate experience, and to provide good experience to enrich the financial management methods of enterprises.To promote financial management in the level of improvement.This paper discusses the core management thought of ERP in financial management and its related development process, and emphasizes on the application of ERP in financial management to analyze the characteristics of ERP and the defects in its implementation.And put forward the solution to the problem in detail.Because the financial management of ERP system mainly includes procurement management, raw material management, product management, sales management, production management, equipment management, fixed asset management and all the financial activities related to the enterprise.It is the financial management of integrated information, so compared with a single computer financial system, it has the advantages of high integration and timely information processing.When the system is designed, it fully takes into account the characteristics of the enterprise itself.Before developing the system, the work to be done is to establish the corresponding database, which is composed of relational tables, constraint rules and stored procedures.The financial management system can be divided into four parts: general ledger module, receivable management module, account payable management module and management function module.After strict test, it is concluded that this system can complete the whole financial management process, realize the daily financial management work, and replace the traditional manual operation of financial management. ERP is a tool for managers to solve the enterprise management problems.
