基于ITIL的数据中心服务计费系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着信息技术的飞速发展,越来越多的企业兴建起了数据中心。这些数据中心仅面向企业内部提供免费的信息技术服务。由于缺乏有效的成本和计费管理,数据中心面临着严苛的费用预算以及不断提升的服务需求这双重压力。本文通过对数据中心服务内容、服务方式、服务过程和服务成本的深入分析和研究,基于ITIL(信息技术基础架构库)理论设计了适合此类数据中心服务模式的服务计费系统。结合ITIL中对于IT服务财务管理的最佳实践要求和成本计费参考模型,以及数据中心管理层对于费用收支方面的决策信息需求,从业务需求、用户需求、性能需求和安全需求等多个方面定义了计费系统的总体需求,并基于需求,从物理层面及逻辑层面设计了系统的总体体系结构、功能结构、数据结构以及关联系统接口。在总体架构及计费流程明确的情况下,从系统的软件结构、数据库表结构以及接口结构等方面进一步阐述了系统五大关键功能模块----服务目录管理、服务级别协议管理、服务成本管理、服务计费管理及报表模块的实现方式。系统上线之前,对系统进行了单元测试、系统测试、集成测试和压力测试,确保实现了在需求阶段定义的各项功能及非功能需求。服务计费系统的成功实施,很大程度上解决了数据中心在成本收支和资源配置上存在的问题,为数据中心服务计费模式提供了一种新的思路和方法,从而推动了企业自有数据中心从成本中心逐渐转型为利润中心。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, more and more enterprises have built data centers.These data centers only provide free information technology services within the enterprise.Due to the lack of effective cost and billing management, the data center is under the double pressure of strict cost budget and increasing service demand.Based on the analysis and research of the service content, service mode, service process and service cost of the data center, this paper designs a service billing system based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).Combined with the best practice requirements for IT service financial management in ITIL and the cost accounting reference model, as well as the decision information requirements of data center management on expense income and expenditure, from the business requirements, user needs,The overall requirements of the billing system are defined in terms of performance requirements and security requirements. Based on the requirements, the overall architecture, function structure, data structure and associated system interface are designed from the physical level and the logical level.In the case of clear overall structure and accounting process, this paper further expounds five key function modules of the system from the aspects of system software structure, database table structure and interface structure, which are service directory management, service level agreement management, etc.Service cost management, service billing management and report module implementation.Before the system goes online, the unit test, system test, integration test and stress test are carried out to ensure the realization of the functions and non-functional requirements defined in the requirement phase.The successful implementation of the service billing system solves to a large extent the problems existing in the cost revenue and expenditure and resource allocation of the data center, and provides a new way of thinking and method for the data center service billing mode.As a result, the enterprise's own data center is gradually transformed from cost center to profit center.
