南极中山站建设工程的项目管理研究

【摘要】:中铁建工集团南极项目部多年来承担南极长城站、中山站的施工任务。南极地区自然环境恶劣,低温、大风、可施工季节短,因而南极地区的工程项目管理充满挑战且具有重大意义,并且需要采取特殊的管理方法。然而目前南极地区的项目管理研究在国内外都十分罕见,因而本文具有一定的创新性。论文以工程项目管理理论知识为基础,以南极地区极端恶劣的施工环境为背景,围绕南极中山站建设项目的资源管理、进度管理、成本管理和环境保护管理四大主要目标管理展开。 论文首先概述了南极工程项目主要目标管理的方法,随后介绍了南极中山站地区的建设工程现状,并采用案例分析、实地考察和专家访谈等方式分析了在南极工程项目管理中存在的问题,主要有资源管理方面的问题、进度管理方面的问题、成本管理方面的问题和环境保护方面的问题,最后就提出的问题进行策略研究,提出了解决方案。通过效果评估,对提出的解决方案的实施结果进行了评价,总结了南极地区施工的经验教训,并通过及时有效的信息反馈,为后续南极地区新建项目的决策和提高完善投资决策管理水平提出建议,同时也为续类似项目实施运营中出现的问题提出改进建议,从而达到提高投资效益的目的,保证了南极工程建设项目的顺利实施,也为后续南极工程建设提供了参考。 本论文的研究成果对我国在南极地区开展工程建设活动的实践具有实践指导意义,同时也试图对南极地区的项目管理向更深、更广的领域迈进做出了积极的探索。
[Abstract]:The Antarctic Project Department of China Railway Construction Group has been responsible for the construction of the Great Wall Station and Zhongshan Station in Antarctica for many years.The natural environment of Antarctica is bad, low temperature, strong wind, short construction season, so the project management in Antarctic area is full of challenges and great significance, and special management methods are needed.However, project management research in the Antarctic area is very rare at home and abroad, so this paper has some innovation.Based on the theoretical knowledge of engineering project management and the extremely bad construction environment in the Antarctic area, the paper revolves around the resource management and schedule management of the construction project of Zhongshan Station in Antarctica.Cost management and environmental protection management four main objectives of management.Firstly, the paper summarizes the main objective management methods of the Antarctic engineering project, then introduces the present situation of the construction project in Zhongshan Station, Antarctica, and uses a case study.The problems in Antarctic engineering project management, including resource management, schedule management, cost management and environmental protection, are analyzed through field visits and expert interviews.Finally, the strategy of the proposed problem is studied, and the solution is put forward.Through the effect evaluation, the implementation results of the proposed solutions are evaluated, and the experiences and lessons of the construction in the Antarctic area are summarized, and through timely and effective information feedback,Suggestions are put forward for following up the decision making of new projects in the Antarctic area and improving the level of investment decision management. At the same time, suggestions are put forward for improving the problems arising from the implementation and operation of similar projects, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the investment efficiency.It ensures the successful implementation of the Antarctic engineering project and provides a reference for the subsequent Antarctic engineering construction.The research results of this paper have a practical significance for the practice of carrying out engineering construction activities in the Antarctic region, and also attempt to make a positive exploration of the project management in the Antarctic region to a deeper and broader field.
