建筑施工企业成本预测系统研究与实证

【摘要】:中国加入WTO以后,建筑市场逐步开放,随着建筑产业的国际化发展,建筑业市场竞争将愈演愈烈,面对如此严峻的市场挑战,中国建筑施工企业要想得以稳定生存发展,就必须得增强企业核心竞争力,提升施工企业成本管理,加强企业成本管理的基础——成本预测。因此如何提高成本预测是中国建筑施工企业亟待解决的核心问题。论文基于系统科学的角度,结合BIM技术以及相关理论构建了企业成本预测系统的基础平台,该平台实现了工程项目全生命周期的集成化管理,从根本上解决工程项目不同阶段以及不同参与组织间的信息断层和信息流失的问题,为建筑施工企业成本预测系统提供了基础。其次,对施工企业成本预测系统进行了分析,提出其构建必要性,运用信息论、系统论等相关理论方法进行建筑施工企业成本预测系统的构建,使得建筑施工企业成本预测系统能够实现价值最大化。然后,论文提出利用分形元检索的方式来实现构件的高效检索,继而提高建筑施工企业成本预测的高效性。最后,结合建筑施工企业实际案例,分析成本预测系统在施工企业的实际应用情况,为中国建筑施工企业成本预测提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the construction market is gradually opening up. With the international development of the construction industry, the competition in the construction industry will become increasingly fierce. In the face of such severe market challenges, Chinese construction enterprises want to survive and develop steadily. It is necessary to strengthen the core competence of the enterprise, enhance the cost management of the construction enterprise, and strengthen the basis of the cost management of the enterprise-cost forecast. Therefore, how to improve the cost prediction is the core problem to be solved urgently in Chinese construction enterprises. Based on the system science, combined with BIM technology and related theories, this paper constructs the basic platform of the enterprise cost forecasting system, which realizes the integrated management of the whole life cycle of the engineering project. The problems of information fault and information loss between different stages and participating organizations of engineering projects are solved fundamentally, which provides the basis for the cost prediction system of construction enterprises. Secondly, the cost forecasting system of construction enterprise is analyzed, and the necessity of construction is put forward, and the cost forecasting system of construction enterprise is constructed by using information theory and system theory. So that the cost prediction system of construction enterprises can maximize the value. Then, the paper puts forward the method of fractal element retrieval to realize the efficient retrieval of components, and then improves the efficiency of cost prediction of construction enterprises. Finally, combining with the actual cases of construction enterprises, the paper analyzes the actual application of cost forecasting system in construction enterprises, and provides reference for cost prediction of construction enterprises in China.
