现代学徒制“招生即招工”契约的实际问题及解决之道

【摘要】：现代学徒制"招生即招工"契约面临学校与企业的合作难题,生产成本提高、风险加大等经济难题,以及招生难题、企业导师难题和就业难题。文章提出,大力发展学徒制应弱化招生与招工一体化的要求,全面改革招生与就业制度,由政府给予支持以减轻学校和企业负担,加大企业考核力度,构建顺应国家发展、符合地方需要的现代学徒制模式。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship "enrollment and recruitment" contract is faced with the problems of cooperation between schools and enterprises, economic problems such as increasing production cost, increasing risk and other economic problems, as well as the difficult problem of recruiting students and employment problems. The article proposes that the development of apprenticeship should weaken the requirements of the integration of enrolment and recruitment, and reform the system of enrollment and employment in an all-round way. It is supported to ease the burden on schools and enterprises, increase enterprise assessment, and build a modern apprenticeship mode that complies with national development and meets local needs.
