基于BIM5D技术施工阶段成本控制的研究

【摘要】：随着建筑业信息化改革浪潮的继续推进和发展,行业人士逐渐认识到建筑信息模型(BIM)的重要性,并正在逐步实现BIM系列软件与施工阶段的进度、成本、质量、安全、合同等业务紧密结合,可是单纯的依靠BIM模型的单项业务的应用,未能很好实现施工阶段的成本的有效控制,因此构建基于BIM5D技术的施工阶段的成本控制体系将能够很好地解决这个缠绕项目成本管理人员多年的难题。基于BIM技术的理念,构建基于BIM5D技术施工阶段的成本控制信息平台,使得施工阶段的所有的成本信息能够及时有效地得到集成处理,同时结合挣得值理论方法,真正实现施工阶段成本信息的共享和动态管理。针对施工阶段中成本控制工程的复杂性,结合BIM理论和挣得值理论,搭建施工阶段的成本控制体系和流程,通过结合先进的管理平台工具即BIM5D信息管理平台,对施工过程中影响成本的材料、工程变更、施工进度的重要信息进行实时动态监控和管理,真正做到节约成本,提高施工企业的成本控制能力和项目管理水平,实现施工企业的经济效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of construction information reform, people in the industry gradually realize the importance of building information model (BIMM), and are gradually realizing the progress, cost, quality and safety of BIM series software and construction stage. Contract and other services are closely combined, but they can only rely on the BIM model of the application of single business, failed to achieve the construction phase of the cost of effective control, Therefore, the construction of cost control system in construction phase based on BIM5D technology will solve the problem of cost management for many years. Based on the idea of BIM technology, the cost control information platform based on BIM5D technology is constructed, which makes all the cost information in construction phase be integrated in time and effectively, and combined with the theory and method of earning value. Truly realize the cost information sharing and dynamic management in the construction phase. In view of the complexity of the cost control project in the construction phase, combined with the BIM theory and the earning value theory, the cost control system and process of the construction phase are built. Through the combination of the advanced management platform tool, that is, the BIM5D information management platform, the cost control system and the process of the construction stage are built. Real time and dynamic monitoring and management of material, engineering change, construction progress and important information affecting cost in the construction process are carried out in order to achieve cost saving and improve the cost control ability and project management level of construction enterprises. The economic benefits of construction enterprises are realized.
