精益管理对烟草工业企业成本费用管控的应用研究

【摘要】：随着市场经济改革逐渐深化,企业对烟草行业的精益成本管理的关注度越来越高。十八届三中全会后,烟草行业发出重要通知:将烟草行业的"提升行业形象"作为行业改革的首要任务,其中包括"提升规范管理的形象"。由此可见,对烟草行业的精益成本管理研究已经成为当前成本费用管控的重点课题。鉴于此,本文通过对精益成本的概念介绍及重要性解释,进而提出当前烟草行业精益成本管理急需解决的问题,并在此基础上提出可实践性的建议,以期对烟草行业提升管理形象有所启示。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of market economy reform, enterprises have paid more and more attention to the lean cost management of the tobacco industry. After the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the tobacco industry issued an important notice: the "promotion of industry image" of the tobacco industry as the primary task of the industry reform, including the "image of improving the standard management". The research of lean cost management has become the key topic of cost and cost management at present. In view of this, this paper introduces the concept of lean cost and explains its importance, and then puts forward the urgent problems to be solved in the current lean cost management of the tobacco industry, and puts forward some practical suggestions on this basis in order to improve the tobacco industry. The image is enlightening.
