大化集团企业项目管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:当前,科技技术飞速发展,现代管理学理论不断完善和普及,从各级政府机关到大小企业对于基于IT的管理信息系统需求愈发强烈,而近几十年来信息技术爆炸性发展也为信息管理系统的建设健全提供了坚实的技术基础。企业是以“竞争力”论输赢的经营单元,而“项目管理能力”已然成为了企业竞争力中的重要一点,标准的项目管理流程也成为了公司标准化管理的流程中的重要一环。项目管理的标准化、科学化、规范化,对推动项目业务精确、标准、科学、规范运行起着重要推动作用。 本文通过对项目管理的基本理论以及企业项目管理系统的应用价值做了简要分析,针对大连化工集团企业内部项目管理的实际业务,贴合大化集团项目管理的模式和信息化要求量身定做项目管理系统。通过对当前IT技术和设计方法的分析,本文确定以.Net为技术框架展开项目管理系统的设计与实现。本文致力于对项目立项到项目完结全过程的信息化改造,对项目的计划、项目的立项、项目的进度、项目的决策等业务进行建模分析。系统根据业务,将项目计划分为立项、编码、任务、变更等四个部分;将项目进度分为进度管理、任务表管理、工作重难点管理、重点难点统计四大部分;将项目决策分为甘特图管理、形象进度管理、拖期任务管理、工作量管理、材料进度管理、机械进度管理、项目任务显示八大部分。系统使用图形和表单等方式系统地、形象地描述了企业项目各业务的进展详情。从此之外,作为统筹性的管理平台,系统还有诸如办公信息化、成本管理、用户管理等部分。本系统采用C#作为编程语言,以SQL Server2008为后台数据库,基于.NET数据库,实现项目管理的信息化。 本文设计的项目管理信息系统,功能设计上与大化集团项目管理业务相对应,设计完成后在大化集团中世纪投入使用。经过软件工程理论中测试方法和流程,本文得到了对系统安全性和可靠性的充分验证。系统在大化集团运行正常稳定运行,符合业务需求,为大化集团企业项目管理提供了巨大的便利。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement and popularization of modern management theory, the demand for IT-based management information system is growing from government agencies at all levels to large and small enterprises. The explosive development of information technology in recent decades also provides a solid technical foundation for the construction of information management system. The enterprise is the business unit of winning and losing based on "competitiveness", and "project management ability" has become an important point in the competitiveness of enterprises, and the standard project management process has become an important link in the process of standardized management of the company. The standardization, scientization and standardization of project management play an important role in promoting the project business precision, standard, science and standard operation. This paper makes a brief analysis of the basic theory of project management and the application value of enterprise project management system, aiming at the actual business of internal project management of Dalian Chemical Group. The project management mode and information requirement of Dazhwa Group are tailored to the project management system. Based on the analysis of current IT technology and design methods, this paper determines the design and implementation of project management system based on. Net. This paper is devoted to the information transformation from the project establishment to the end of the project, and the modeling and analysis of the project planning, project establishment, project progress, project decision making and so on. According to the business, the system divides the project plan into four parts: project establishment, code, task and change, the progress of the project is divided into four parts: schedule management, task table management, work difficult management, key difficulty statistics, etc. The project decision is divided into eight parts: Gantt chart management, image schedule management, tardiness task management, workload management, material schedule management, mechanical progress management, and project task display. The system uses graphics and forms to systematically and graphically describe the business progress of enterprise projects. From then on, as an overall management platform, the system also has office information, cost management, user management and other parts. The system uses C # as programming language, SQL Server2008 as background database and. Net database to realize the information of project management. The project management information system designed in this paper corresponds to the project management business of Dahua Group in function design and put into use in the Middle Ages of Dahua Group after the completion of the design. After testing method and flow in software engineering theory, the system security and reliability are fully verified in this paper. The system runs normally and stably in Dahua Group, meets the business demand, and provides great convenience for project management of Dahua Group.
