建筑业物资管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国市场经济体制改革的日渐深入,企业面临更为复杂的市场环境,在内部管理中需要解决的问题呈现复杂化和多样性态势。需要有更好的管理理念,更好的管理方式融入到企业当中。对于国内中小型建筑企业,在管理方式上通常采用Office文档来记录事务而并非采用统一的物资管理系统,这一做法导致管理信息输入错误率较高,工作效率低下。综合分析企业管理实践,在管理过程中企业已认识到并树立起企业物资管理系统的理念,但囿于该系统成本较高,致使企业面临适用困难。 本文目标是设计实现建筑企业的物资管理系统,通过对一些中小型建筑业企业进行实地考察,并对实际业务实证分析的基础上,结合实践中存在的问题,综合分析中小建筑企业实践中的需要推动该设计的进行。该系统属B/S模式,通过实践中员工职责的不同设计不同的职能模块,并赋以相应的权限,员工依托自身权限通过运用该系统进行作业管理。该系统属于浏览器/服务器模式,可以通过浏览器前台的操作界面访问后台数据库,对数据库进行数据的添加、更新、修改和删除。采用系统开发思想统一开发,分为消耗作业、库存作业、采购作业、账务作业、总账作业等主要功能,做出了详细的分析说明,对系统架构设计进行了描述,并对于系统的数据库设计进行了描述,对消耗管理模块、库存管理模块、账款管理模块、用户管理模块、财务总账模块、公司主文件管理模块等关系到企业成本管理中的主要模块进行了设计实现。每个模块的功能都是依据在建筑企业的实地调研中所搜集的资料,根据业务的实际需求,用于建筑行业内的数据流程和数据架构进行分析,最终形成建筑行业内较为适用的成本管理系统。 系统开发结果基本实现了既定的需求目标,目前本系统已上线运行,对规范企业的成本管理、库存管理、账款管理等有一定积极作用,,由于采取了B/S开发模式,对系统的全面部署创造了便利条件,为企业提高管理能力,以信息化来助推生产力的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of China's market economic system reform, enterprises are facing a more complex market environment, and the problems that need to be solved in internal management are becoming more complicated and diversified. Need to have better management concept, better management into the enterprise. For the small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China, Office documents are usually used to record the transaction instead of the unified material management system, which leads to a high error rate of management information input and low efficiency. Through comprehensive analysis of enterprise management practice, enterprises have recognized and established the concept of enterprise material management system in the process of management, but due to the high cost of the system, enterprises are faced with difficulties in application. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement the material management system of construction enterprises, through the field inspection of some small and medium-sized construction enterprises, and on the basis of empirical analysis of the actual business, combined with the existing problems in practice. Comprehensive analysis of the needs of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in practice to promote the design. The system belongs to the B / S mode, through the different design of different functional modules of employees' responsibilities in practice, and assign the corresponding authority, the employees rely on their own authority to manage the work by using the system. The system belongs to the browser / server mode. It can access the backstage database through the operation interface of the browser foreground, and add, update, modify and delete the data of the database. The system development idea is used to develop the system, which is divided into consumption operations, inventory operations, purchasing operations, accounting operations, general ledger operations and other main functions. The detailed analysis and explanation are made, and the system architecture design is described. And the database design of the system is described, the consumption management module, inventory management module, account management module, user management module, financial general ledger module, The main document management module is related to the design and implementation of the main modules in the enterprise cost management. The function of each module is based on the data collected in the field survey of the construction enterprise, according to the actual demand of the business, it is used to analyze the data flow and data structure in the construction industry. Finally, a more suitable cost management system is formed in the construction industry. The system development results basically achieve the established demand target. At present, the system has been running online, which has a certain positive effect on standardizing enterprise cost management, inventory management, account management, etc., because of adopting the B / S development mode, It creates a convenient condition for the overall deployment of the system, improves the management ability of the enterprise, and boosts the development of productivity with information technology.
