建筑企业核电多项目集成管理系统研究

【摘要】：我国核电建造经引进、消化吸收自主研发、适量发展阶段后,已经进入规模化建设阶段。目前,无论是投资方、总包方还是施工方都需同时管理和建造多个核电项目,企业的技术支持能力、项目的管控能力、计划协调能力、资源的有效利用能力(人、财、物)等都已无法满足我国核电和企业发展的需要。本文通过对核电建筑企业管理多个核电项目以及信息化应用情况的调查,从企业管理、信息技术、外部条件等方面提出了核电建筑企业管理多个核电项目时存在的问题,通过对问题的分析,并运用多项目管理理论,以及我国核电建筑企业多年的核电建设管理与信息化应用经验,提出了建筑企业核电多项目集中管控解决方案,分析了核电多项目管理总体需求,提出了以企业战略为主导、以成本管理为主线、以项目进度为抓手等的设计理念,对工程管理、技术管理、物资管理、合同管理等8个主要业务进行了重点分析。然后,依据建筑企业核电多项目集中管控解决方案对“建筑企业核电多项目集成管理系统”的总体目标、建设思路、系统架构、数据库架构等进行了研究,并以计划管理、文档管理、物资管理、成本管理、决策分析管理等14个业务为例对系统功能模块进行了总体设计。最后阐述了本文的创新点,以及后续需要研究的工作。本文的研究对核电建筑企业实现多个核电项目的集中管控,技术与资源的合理调配具有较高的参考意义和实用价值。
[Abstract]:The construction of nuclear power in our country has entered the stage of large-scale construction after introducing, digesting and absorbing independent R & D. At present, both the investor, the general contractor and the constructor are required to manage and build multiple nuclear power projects at the same time, the technical support capability of the enterprise, the management and control ability of the project, the ability of planning coordination, the ability of efficient utilization of resources (people, money, etc.) Such as can not meet the needs of nuclear power and enterprise development in China. Based on the investigation of the management of many nuclear power projects and the application of information technology in nuclear power construction enterprises, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the management of multiple nuclear power projects in nuclear power construction enterprises from the aspects of enterprise management, information technology, external conditions, etc. Through the analysis of the problems and the application of the theory of multi-project management and the experience of nuclear power construction management and information application for many years in our nuclear power construction enterprises, this paper puts forward the solution of multi-project centralized management and control of nuclear power in construction enterprises. This paper analyzes the overall demand of nuclear power multi-project management, and puts forward the design concept of taking enterprise strategy as the leading factor, cost management as the main line, and project schedule as the starting point, etc., to the engineering management, the technical management, the material management, etc. 8 main business such as contract management have carried on the key analysis. Then, according to the solution of multi-project centralized management and control of nuclear power in construction enterprises, the overall goal, construction idea, system structure, database structure and so on of "integrated management system of nuclear power multi-project in construction enterprises" are studied and managed by plan. The system function module is designed with 14 business examples, such as document management, material management, cost management and decision analysis management. At last, the innovation of this paper and the work that need to be studied in the future are expounded. The research in this paper has high reference significance and practical value for nuclear power construction enterprises to realize centralized control of many nuclear power projects and the rational allocation of technology and resources.
