质量成本管理体系的建立及运用

【摘要】：正质量是企业的生存之本,在市场经济日益发展的今天,如何加强质量成本管理,寻求最适宜质量成本与效益最大化的交汇点;如何建立健全质量成本管理体系,降低企业隐性成本,寻求降本增效着力点,对于增强企业市场竞争力、提高经济效益,保持持续健康发展具有重要意义。本文就涟钢质量成本管理体系的建立、运用以及存在的问题作一些阐述和探讨,供大家参考。
[Abstract]:The positive quality is the foundation of the enterprise's survival. With the development of the market economy, how to strengthen the quality cost management, how to find the most suitable intersection point between the quality cost and the benefit maximization, how to establish and perfect the quality cost management system, It is of great significance to reduce the hidden cost of the enterprise and to seek the point of increasing efficiency by reducing the cost.
