制度性差异对国际工程项目履约的影响

【摘要】:通过问卷和访谈收集我国工程企业国际项目数据,分析国际工程项目不同制度性差异对项目履约过程的影响程度.结果发现,标准规范差异对项目设计、采购和施工过程问题的影响最为突出,文化习惯差异对履约过程也有一定影响,而法律法规对履约过程的影响回归系数不显著.我国国际工程企业在应对各类制度性差异的过程中,应更加重视标准规范和文化习惯差异可能带来的负面影响.
[Abstract]:Through questionnaire and interview to collect the data of international project of Chinese engineering enterprises, the paper analyzes the influence of different institutional differences of international engineering project on the process of project performance. The results show that the difference of standard and norm has the most prominent influence on the project design, procurement and construction process, and the difference of culture and custom has some influence on the performance process, but the regression coefficient of the influence of laws and regulations on the performance process is not significant. China's international engineering enterprises should pay more attention to the negative effects of different standards and cultural habits in the process of dealing with various institutional differences.
